“I really enjoyed my 1 night stay here recently. 1. The front desk receptionist was very positive energy and just overall friendly after a long day. 2. The hotel and it's rooms were really well maintained and clean. 3. Quiet I honestly didn't hear a plane in my room which seems like magic. Definitely would stay here again.”

“I paid for my room in advance full price. I check in for my hotel and then my card was charged for the whole room plus the incidental fee. I then contacted my back as instructed by the hotel, and my bank asked me to have the hotel send a letter stating that the hold was a mistake. I’m not sure if that letter was sent. In the meantime I asked if the incident fee could be put on my boyfriends credit card (which shouldn’t include the price of the room since I paid that a month before we checked in). We check out the hotel, the hold came off of my debit card, but my boyfriends credit card had a hold on it. The hold on his credit card was the amount of the hotel room. I called the hotel to talk to someone about that. I was told that a note would be left with the manager. I checked back with the hotel, called someone, asked to speak to the manager. I was told that I could get his voicemail which is fine. I then was transferred, someone picked up and hung up. I called back explained what happened, the managers voicemail box is full. I called a third time and explained my situation, and I was told to contact my bank. I explained that the credit card has a charge on it for the room fee, but that was already paid for. So now I’m in a never ending cycle and can’t speak to someone about it.”
