Localização conveniente. Anunciado como 5 estrelas, mas o quarto era mais de 2 a 3 estrelas. Pago pela vista completa do haram, mas a janela estava bloqueada por persianas que não podem ser abertas. Não há como abrir as janelas. O buffet de pequeno-almoço é de 2 estrelas. O concierge com os enormes músculos foi muito bom e deve ser dado crédito. A equipe de buffet de café-da-manhã também foi muito bom.

Convenient location. Advertised as 5 star but the room was more of a 2 to 3 star. Paid for full haram view but the window was blocked by shutters which can't be opened. No way to open the windows. The breakfast buffet is that of a 2 star. The concierge with the huge muscles was really nice and should be given credit. The breakfast buffet staff were also really nice.

El hotel es un nombre muy conocido, Dios los bendiga. Lo que más lo distingue es la ubicación y cerca de la entrada de mujeres. Además, el personal, desde la recepción hasta la limpieza de la habitación y el mantenimiento, fue muy generoso, hospitalario y educado. La experiencia de lavado fue excelente (lavado en el mismo día) y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba, el ingeniero vino y solucionó el problema en minutos.Tengo los siguientes comentarios en general sobre el hotel: El menú tiene opciones limitadas + la calidad de algunos platos no es igual al nombre del hotel + la distribución y el número de tomas de corriente deben reconsiderarse, especialmente para ustedes que tienen móvilesFinalmente, el hotel es excelente y conocido en general. It's a beautiful hotel with a great location and great service providers. However, I was peeved with the fact that everything in the room requiring a battery either was low on power or was completely out, including the safe and TV remote. I would still recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting the beautiful city of Madinah. Edit: after my recent stay just one week ago I can say that this hotel took care of the aforementioned battery issue.

This hotel does not deserve the distinction of the Intercontinental brand. It is old and worn out. Staff is providing nothing but absolutely the most basic services customer orientation is not in their vocabulary. The majority of staff did either not wear masks at all or just over their chin. Despite repeated requests they did not out the masks proper. Guest in the lobby and restaurants were not asked to wear masks. When i ask the staff to enforce the mask laws, the government introduced a $266 fine, management asked me to take dinner in the room rather than joining the public areas.And the food was mediocre at best, both the restaurant and the in-room dining. I found it surprising that in a hotel used by guests from around the world to visit Madinah Mosque, that i was repeatedly snubbed at for not speaking arabic.

The service was good and the rooms were clean. However the food was okay; better than most, but not the best. The best thing about this place is how close it is to the women's entrance. I doubt you can find anything closer.

This hotel has a good Staff, that’s really very cooperative & hospitality.
