“Made a booking for my mother at 7.30 pm, she checked in at 10pm. Receptionist at the desk said there was no reservation and refused to look into it even though we had a booking confirmation (from the website of the hotel). Took over 30 min to finally have the room we booked. Never have we been treated this rudely at a hotel and I will not book here again. Hotel management should really review who they have as staff, even the night receptionist seemed to feel ashamed of his colleagues behaviour.”

“Rooms were pretty small, since we were focusing on exploring the city it didn't bother us.
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.
Since the connectivity is good in Berlin we could reach the destination in various mode of transport.”
