“When we arrived a little after 5am due to horrible car troubles - from what should have been a 5.5 hour drive from Amsterdam to Paris, which ended up being 15 hours... the staff was nothing less than amazing. Anthony, who checked us in, was pleasant and a huge help! Later that day, after our nap, Ester graciously helped get our room/rate sorted. Throughout our stay, Fiona at the front desk was very kind and helpful. And the F&B department was wonderful - from Thibaut and Yoren to the rooftop server we had (I forgot to ask her name again) ... everyone was just amazing. And we absolutely appreciated that everyone loved our dog as much (or close to it...) as we do! Dominique even took time from her busy schedule to help us translate with the tow-truck driver and to ensure everything was sorted for us. I have traveled quite a lot throughout my life and I have NEVER had a hotel staff who was collectively as kind and generous as this staff. I informed Dominique that we were supposed to be staying at a different Hilton on our way back through Paris, but we have changed our plans to stay at this property again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!”
