“Very nice hotel, (2nd visit), very friendly people and excellent service, just a couple of criticisms, there was no pool service and a bad shortage of sun bed parasols this was not good the hotel was busy and the weather was very hot. I reported the first day our shower hose was split this was never repaired. We stayed for 9 days.
Paid premium for a premium Seaview room, we got the Seaview but the room was at the back of the hotel over looking the water treatment works, the balcony was much smaller than the hotel photos lead you to believe.”

“Enjoyed staying at the Sheraton La Calenta Resort in Tenerife. The property is well placed for walks into town and along the coast. My room was spacious, had a king-sized bed and a balcony.
I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a lavish choice of dishes.
The bathroom featured both a walk in shower and a bathtub, which I appreciate when staying in hotels.”
