“Extremely bad customer service and management. I booker 10 days hotel quarantine for my wife and 1 year old son, first when they arrived the hotel 7 am, they were not provided with any meal until 8 pm in the night. Hotel staff said they only start from dinner, I have to arrange myself which was incorrect. Now since 4 days they are only providing one meal instead of two, because they said there is only 1 adult. And whenever I asked to speak to manager they said manager is not available. Its been 4 days and I couldn't get a hold of manager.”

El hotel tenía una buena relación calidad-precio, ya que ofrecía una opción más barata para la cuarentena del hotel. Sin embargo, Internet seguía fallando una y otra vez. El ruido de la televisión de la habitación de al lado nos mantuvo despiertos. Fue muy molesto. Pero el mayor problema es con la comida. La comida que le sirven a la gente en cuarentena es realmente mala. Los nombres de los platos son muy elegantes, pero la calidad y el sabor de la comida están muy por debajo del promedio, de hecho, pocos de ellos saben y huelen mal. No recomendaría este hotel si no puedes comprometer la comida. La comida aquí es muy mala. Tuvimos que pedir de talabat para nuestro hijo.

O hotel foi um bom valor para o dinheiro, pois deu opção mais barata para a quarentena do hotel. No entanto, a Internet continuou falhando novamente. O barulho da TV do quarto ao lado nos manteve acordados. Foi muito irritante. Mas o maior problema é com a comida. A comida que servem para pessoas em quarentena é muito ruim. Os nomes dos pratos são muito sofisticados, mas a qualidade e o sabor dos alimentos são tão abaixo da média, de fato, alguns deles têm gosto e cheiro ruins. Eu não recomendaria este hotel se vc não pode comprometer a comida. A comida aqui é muito ruim. Tivemos que pedir de talabat para o nosso filho.

The hotel was good value for money as it gave cheaper option for hotel quarantine. However Internet kept failing again and again. The TV noise from next room kept us awake. It was very annoying. But the biggest issue is with food. They food they serve to quarantined people is really bad. The dishes names are very fancy but food quality and taste is so so below average infact few of them taste and smell bad. I would not recommend this hotel if u cannot compromise on food. Food here is very bad. We had to order from talabat for our kid.

Fiquei lá com a família para a quarentena obrigatória do hotel. Depois de ouvir histórias de horror de alguns outros hotéis de quarentena, eu diria que foi uma experiência agradável. Me alojé allí con mi familia para la cuarentena obligatoria del hotel. Después de escuchar historias de terror de otros hoteles en cuarentena, diría que esta fue una experiencia agradable. El personal fue rápido y rápido. La recepción siempre recibía llamadas cuando se llamaba. La comida fue entregada con prontitud. Salida tardía permitida, si está pendiente de resultados de PCR.Creo que, aparte de los posibles retrasos causados por Discover Qatar o MOPH, ¡este hotel no lo decepcionará!

Stayed there with family for mandatory hotel quarantine. After hearing horror stories of some other quarantine hotels, I'd say this was a pleasant experience. Staff were quick and prompt. Front desk always received calls when phoned. Food was delivered promptly. Allowed late checkout, if pending PCR results.I think other than any possible delays caused by Discover Qatar or MOPH, this hotel will not disappoint you!

Acabei de chegar esta manhã no quarto e quando liguei as luzes do quarto, a iluminação era muito fraca e não consigo ler o livro facilmente. A TV do quarto também é uma TV simples, meus filhos não podem aproveitar a opção de TV inteligente. Se eu pedi algo especial em comida para o meu filho, a resposta é a esperada, não incluída no pacote de Quarentena. Estou sentindo que fiz a escolha errada para o hotel de quarentena.

Acabo de llegar esta mañana a la habitación y cuando encendí las luces de la habitación, la iluminación era muy pobre y no puedo leer el libro con facilidad. Room TV también es TV simple, mis hijos no pueden disfrutar de la opción de TV inteligente. Si solicité algo especial en alimentos para mi hijo, la respuesta es la esperada, no está incluida en el paquete de Cuarentena. Siento que tomé la decisión equivocada para el hotel de cuarentena.

I just arrived this moring in room andwhen I switched on the room lights, it was very poor lightning and I am not able to read book easly. Room TVis also simple TV , my kids are not able to enjoy smart TV option. If I requested need some thing special in food for my child,the response is as expected its not include in Quarentine package. I am feeling I made wrong choice for quarantine hotel.

Eu e minha família reservamos um pacote de quarentena por 2 dias. Acidentalmente, enquanto alimentava minha criança, uma mancha de comida caiu no carpete e eles nos pedem que paguemos 100 QR pelo mesmo. O carpete do chão já ficou com tantas manchas de comida e café, mas eles nos disseram para pagar por estragar sua propriedade. Da minha experiência, este hotel não é bom para a hospitalidade e também a comida não está à altura.

Mi familia y yo habíamos reservado el paquete de cuarentena durante 2 días. Accidentalmente, mientras alimentaba a mi niño pequeño, la mancha de comida se manchó la alfombra y nos piden que paguemos 100 QR por la misma. La alfombra del piso ya tenía tantas manchas de comida y café, pero nos dijeron que pagáramos por estropear su propiedad. Desde mi experiencia, este hotel no es nada bueno para la hospitalidad y la comida no está a la altura.

Me and my family had booked quarantine package for 2 days. Accidentally while feeding my toddler food stain got on carpet and they ask us to pay 100 QR for the same. Already the floor carpet got so many food and coffee stains but they told us to pay for spoiling their property. From my experience this hotel is not at all good for hospitality and also food is not up to the level.

Fiquei 10 dias aqui, não muito feliz com a estadia e experiência. Não há cozinha de serviço de quarto neste hotel. Eles obtêm a comida de fora de algum hotel local e o sabor é horrível. Eles ofereceram uma sala combinada, com porta se abre para outra sala. O cheiro de fumo do outro quarto está sempre passando para o meu quarto e completa a minha estadia estava em desordem. Tapete do quarto está muito sujo. O ar condicionado não está configurado corretamente. Sem água fria na sala de lavagem. Sempre vindo água quente com quase 60 graus c muito quente. Os quartos são totalmente não bem cuidados. Nunca recomende este lugar.

Sua arrumação e limpeza muito boa para viver o pessoal também é solidário e nas refeições eles têm 4 opções diferentes por dia que você pode escolher de acordo com o gosto. A qualidade da comida é muito boa e o sabor também é incrível. É o meu primeiro dia de hoje, os quartos são excelentes, wifi é muito rápido. Os produtos de higiene pessoal são excelentes, dão-lhe tudo o que não precisa de trazer consigo. Geladeira. Chaleiras elétricas com consumíveis estão disponíveis no quarto para que você possa fazer chá e café quando quiser. Eles mudaram minha refeição conforme solicitado em 1 telefonema hoje realmente aprecio este gesto. Eu recomendo que você faça sua reserva no MILLENNIUM centro de Doha. Também recomendo que a gerência do hotel instale 1 forno de micro-ondas pequeno no quarto para que os hóspedes possam comer comida quente quando quiserem.

Su ordenado y limpio, muy bueno para vivir, el personal también es solidario y sobre las comidas tienen 4 opciones diferentes por día que puede elegir según el gusto. La calidad de la comida es muy buena y el sabor también es increíble. Es mi primer día hoy las habitaciones son excelentes wifi es muy rápido. Los artículos de tocador son excelentes y te brindan todo lo que necesitas, nada que llevar contigo. Nevera. Hay hervidores eléctricos con consumibles disponibles en la habitación para que pueda preparar té y café cuando lo desee. Cambiaron mi comida según lo solicitado en 1 llamada telefónica hoy realmente aprecio este gesto. Te recomiendo que hagas tu reserva en el MILLENNIUM central de Doha. También recomiendo a la gerencia del hotel que instale 1 horno microondas de tamaño pequeño en la habitación para que los huéspedes puedan comer comida caliente cuando lo deseen.

Me alojé 10 días aquí, no muy contento con la estancia y la experiencia. No hay servicio de cocina en la habitación en este hotel. Obtienen la comida de fuera de algún hotel local y el sabor es horrible. Ofrecieron una habitación combinada, con puerta que se abre a otra habitación. El olor a humo de las otras habitaciones siempre pasa a mi habitación y completa mi estancia fue en desorden. La alfombra de la habitación está muy sucia. El aire acondicionado no se puede configurar correctamente. No hay agua fría en el cuarto de lavado. Siempre viene agua caliente con casi 60 grados c muy caliente. Las habitaciones se ven totalmente mal mantenidas. Nunca recomiendo este lugar.

Its neat and clean very good for living staff is also supportive and about meals they have 4 different options per day you can choose according to taste. Quality of food is very good and taste is also awesome.
Its my first day today rooms are excellent wifi is very fast .
Toiletries are excellent they give you all you need nothing to bring with your self.
Fridge. Electric kettles with consumable are available in room so you can make tea coffee when you wants its fun.
They changed my meal as per requested on 1 phone call today really appreciate this gesture.
I recommend you to get your booking in MILLENNIUM central Doha.
Also i Recommend Hotel Management to Install 1 Small Size Microwave Oven in Room so guests can eat Hot Food when they want.

Stayed 10 days here, not really happy with the stay & experience. There is no room service kitchen in this hotel. They get the food from outside some local hotel and taste is horrible.
They offered a combined room, with door opens to other room. The smoking smell from the other room s always passing to my room & complete my stay was in disorder. Room carpet is very dirty.
Air conditioning s not able to set up properly. No cold water in the wash room. Always coming hot water with almost 60 deg c very hot. Rooms are totally looking not maintained well. Never recommend this place.
