“Todo iba excelente, hasta que amanecí súper picoteada de la cama en habitación número 126, de un mosquito lo dudo muchísimo, ya que la habitación tiene aire acondicionado, además de estar completamente cerrada. Por lo que sospecho fueron chinches, aún tengo ronchas y la comezón fue tremenda :( me dió más pena a mi comentarlo en recepción, pero sin duda no volveré a hospedarme en este hotel, mi objetivo principal era el descansar ya que fue por tema trabajo, pero sin duda con esta mala noche no lo conseguí y por obvias razones no lo recomiendo. Ojalá lean este comentario y trabajen en este problema. No considero que pagar casi $1,500 la noche, sea muy razonable pasar por alto la higiene de un hotel de 4 estrellas. 😠😒”

“My stay here was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious and the customer service here was phenomenal. I want to thank all the staff, especially the waiter Jose Luis and Domingo for always being attentive and treating us well. The rooms had an amazing view! AC was cold, and overall would definitely recommend. Thank you!”
