El hotel está muy bien ubicado, dentro de la terminal 2. Por lo que si tu vuelo llega y sale de esa terminal, es un lugar muy estratégico para pasar una escala larga. El personal fue muy atento, tanto recepción, maleteros y la gente del room service. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero un tanto antiguas. Algunas necesitan una refacción. Nos dejaron 1 sólo toallón para 2 personas. Pero son detalles. Es un hotel que cumple la función necesaria para descansar en una larga escala. El precio me pareció un poco caro pero era la única opción que teníamos.

The Hotel is located inside the terminal which makes it very convenient. In addition, the service level is impeccable. I arrived very late and without a reservation due to a flight problem, and I was greeted by the Guest Relations Manager Mariana Sanvicente and she made my experience even more enjoyable. I got a remodeled room and everything was spotless. The food is also amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Una pena. Después de reservar con dias de anticipación un cuarto superior doble para 2 personas. Hicimos el check in ayer a la media noche. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 7am así que había que estar muy temprano en salas de abordar. Sorpresa! 1 toalla para 2 personas en una habitación doble! Me toco secarme con toalla mojada,(5am) la coladera del baño tapada y se salía el agua de la ducha. El bufete que también fue pagado fue de muy mala calidad, zucaritas y corn flakes sin mencionar los frijoles de lata recalentados. No hay opciones ni vegetarianas ni veganas.No te dejan pasar a servirte, en vez, los meseros te sirven a su tiempo. 10 mins esperando por una cafe de cápsula que te lo dan frío. Es una pena que siendo un hotel de una categoria mayor tenga estosdetalles. No hay nadie que vea por el servicio pedi hablar con el gerente no se encontraba.

Bien, en general. Sin embargo, sus terminales de cobro de room service están muy viejas y no funcionaron. Hubo ruido a ratos de composturas en la habitación contigua. Los alimentos un poco insípidos. No hay taza grande para café y se tira. Pero la cama y almohadas buenísimas y todo súper limpio. Lo mejor, el servicio de Lupita en el desayuno, excelente! Felicidades.

Hotel cinco estrellas. Instalaciones excelentes, cómodas, limpias, espaciadas y con materiales de calidad. Todo dispuesto para una estancia cómoda y agradable. El restaurante con comida deliciosa y la atención del personal de primera. Recomendable visitar en caso de estancia en aeropuerto.

Check in was seamless as well as settling into the room. We had an early breakfast with a variety of options with Ismael Martinez helping us along the way. This is my third time here and once again, it did not disappoint.

Not a 5 star hotel at all! Booked from a Wednesday to a Friday & chose the king bed option. Upon arrival I was told there was no king size beds at all so we were assigned a room with 2 beds. Once we got in the room, locks were not working, the hotel drinks they give out of courtesy were open, there were open water bottles and receipts in room from previous guests, it was a mess. Asked for more Toilet paper and they only brought one over lol.. Did not clean our rooms, my stay here was terrible. Never again.

Reserve con un costo total aproximado de $1,982 por una noche, al llegar me cobraron $2,406… más de 20% de lo que estimaba la reserve por el costo total… en verdad es un abuso que sea tanta la diferencia de alguna manera hasta fraudulento

I’ll review after my stay.As it is, it’s after 2pm, I have been told there are rooms clean and available but nothing will be assigned until 3pm. There are 5 party’s of one or two people waiting in the lobby.Sleeping, feet on tables. Why not assign rooms as they become available? Why wait until 3, especially if the reception team has said there are rooms available. Maybe start at 2 instead of 3.

The stay was good and Stufe really nice. Unfortunately it was unable to Open a window in the Room. The breakfast was absolutely the highlight of the stay. I apreciate that the stuff gave the guests all the food. So it was a real plus in point of view to COVID.

El personal del hotel (recepción) es de lo más nefasto que he encontrado en mis viajes. Antipáticos, groseros e intransigentes. No te resuelven nada y solo se dedican a no contestarte el teléfono o a dejarte en espera y colgarte en medio de las llamadas. Nunca me mandaron la factura de mi hospedaje, si viajas por negocio y que te pase eso es un dolor de cabeza. Las habitaciones son amplias. En definitiva si no quieren un dolor de cabeza y tienen otra opción, no lo duden.

El hotel muy funcional y muy a mano. Cuando hayvuelos cancelados resulta maravilloso algo como esto. En el restaurante EDUARDO TREJO y su equipo hicieron que se nos pasara el mal humor muy rápido ¡Excelente todo! ¡Enhorabuena!

It was somewhat convenient but totally not worth the cost. I still had to catch a ride from Terminal 1 to the hotel. I later learned that there was a shuttle. Unfortunately, that was not posted on the website otherwise I would have planned for it. I called the phone number on the website and no one ever answered. The location is only good if you have a layover from Terminal 2. Didn't get the bed size I requested either. The room smelled terrible and dated. Wouldn't stay there again. The only good thing was the buffet ($300 pesos) for my baby and I.

En la recepción una Señorita con algún problema y cuyo malestar me hizo saber de su poca educación y trato indeseable. En la habitación: un bar sin bebidas. En el baño: grifería con muestras evidentes de deterioro. El piso laminadode la habitación grita por reemplazo de algunas piezas. No hay lista de canales de tv. Creo que este hotel tuvo mejores días y amerita un remosamiento. Los meseros hicieron un buen trabajo pero, lo anterior le quita valor general al hotel. He estado en otros NH y la diferencia es notable.

Muito boa a localizacao, bem no Terminal 2! Sempre uso esse hotel na hora de uma conexao em Mexico City! Essa vez, a qualidade do café da manha deixou a desejar!

Gostei, atenderam muito bem e cumpriram os acordos de reserva, ótimo pra quem não quer sair do aeroporto, dica: o Hotel fica proximo ao Check in da Air Mexico no terminal 2, para quem está no terminal 1 é só pegar o aerotrem que funciona das 5am as 1am, los hermanos ajudam tambiem.

The room was great and very clean. The service, however, was terrible. At check-in the person who received us did not smile and was not friendly. The service for the breakfast, was again, unfriendly. It was a disappointing experience.

Llegas al hotel, y desde recepción se te trata como familia. Siempre cálidos y atentos y hacen de más para que tu estadía sea buena, no importa la fila ni la hora. Agradezco siempre llegar aquí por el excelente servicio de todos.

Bien, limpio, desinfectan en todo momento, los empleados de mostrador son muy amables, tienes acceso rápido al aeropuerto, los cuartos son silenciosos, el internet es un problema, no tienen buena señal y se corta a cada rato

Great location to stay at if you have a overnight layover in Mexico City. This is usually our go to hotel however this time the bathroom smelled like sewer. On the plus side this is a dog friendly hotel. Room service is great and staff is friendly.

Prácticamente al hotel le dió igual que proactivamente me haya comunicado a pedir un cambio de fecha por motivos de COVID-19. La avaricia, poca empatía y poca gana de ayudar en plena pandemia pudo más que la salud de sus propios huéspedes! Ellos no perdían absolutamente nada, solo deben hacer un cambio de fecha y ya.Técnicamente me dijeron "si no usa en las fechas pactadas, pierde el servicio"Increíble!!!! No es culpa de uno que uno de los huéspedes se infecte. Pero a este hotel (y a todo México) no les importa eso. Pésimo.

Se me hizo muy oscuro. La cama muy fría igual la habitación. Es un cuarto que no da calidez. Muy limpio pero en general todo el hotel es oscuro. No es ruidoso a pesar de estar en la terminal 2 del aeropuerto. Muy conveniente para vuelos que llegan muy tarde o salen muy temprano

I was injured, in pain, and needed a wheelchair to get from the lobby to the COVID test site downstairs. A very nice concierge got me a wheelchair, took me down to the testing site, and waited patiently while I completed the test. He then wheeled me to my room, offered to bring me something from room service, and assured me that I would get similar service in the morning to catch my flight. Fortunately I was much better in the morning and no longer needed the wheelchair, but that kind concierge's actions were very appreciated!

Had lunch at the NH restaurant. Great food and excellent service by Alberto Garcia, he really knows his wines “which is a plus for me ;)” and knew what to recommend to go with it! I totally recommend y’all to pass by if you have a connecting flight or if you are staying for a day or two.

For the price, this hotel has no value. The only thing it has going for it is that it’s located inside terminal 2, which makes it convenient for airport layovers… that’s it! It’s almost as if the hotel knows they are your only option so they’ve given up trying in all other areas. Issues/CONS - Suite NOT clean. Hair, hair ties, dirt, even used items left behind in the mini bar, etc. You can tell they just did a very quick tidy and they don’t properly clean between guests. - Hair dryer not working - Heat not working. Room was at 16.3 degrees Celsius. SO cold! - Only ONE coffee cup, ONE small espresso pod. - I had to call 3 times to get more water - Room service app they are promoting doesn’t work - The bathroom amenities are such low quality I didn’t want to use them. The soap is like prison bar soap and the body wash was drying and harsh. PROS - Located inside terminal 2, no need to go outside the airport at all - The suite is massive and has a big conference meeting table and even a 2nd bathroom. - Checkout at 1:00pm I would only stay here again if I am stuck at the airport from a missed flight, but I would never purposely book another stay here if it wasn’t out of pure necessity.

Normalment escribiria buenos comentarios pero la frustacion fue de no poder contactar al hotel durante 2 horas en su telefono local para poder decirles que iba a llegar mas tarde y que no me cancelaran la reserva. Por fin despues de una hora me respondio una senorita quien no muy amable me dijo que estaba bien. Intente llamar nuevamente ya que de la T1 a la T2 no hay transporte disponible despues de las 11 pm mas que taxis y no tenian taxis en ese momento. Esa experiencia (el no poder comunicarse con alguien) me dejo un muy mal sabor de boca. Entiendo lo del tema de Covid y como queremos ahorrar en gastos y personal, pero los precios continuan subiendo y decidi ese hotel para evitarme problemas. Si llegan por T1 es preferible quedarse en las opciones de T1 y en dado caso de necesitar T2 procuren llegar antes de las 10pm (para que les de tiempo de abordar el aerotren) y evitat tener que llamar al hotel en donde seguramente no les contestaran.

I got a free stay here due to Delta‘s mistake so I quite enjoyed my stay. It’s very convenient because it’s so close to the airport. The rooms are nice. They have this weird feature that only allows you to turn the lights on once the key card is in a holder by the door. So if one person wants to shower and the other person wants to leave the room and let themselves in with the key card, then the person who is showering will have to do so in the dark. Kind of strange.A lot of the reviews for the food here seem fake as they mention the same server and same chef in all of them…I received two $309 MXN for dinner and breakfast.The restaurant service in the evening of November 10th was not the best. Our servers switched halfway through, and our second server made himself scarce. It took a long time to get our meals. The food was good, not amazing. (except for the tacos de rez/pastor, they were great). My friend ordered the ravioli and he was disappointed with the portion size and left hungry after eating it. When he ordered an American burger as well, we later found out that the voucher could not be used like a gift card, in which the difference could be paid via a different payment method. Supposedly with the delta voucher you have to fill up $309 worth of items and anything else you will have to pay in full, according to the servers there was no way to pay the difference. When it came time to get the bill that also took a long time.The morning of November 11 we enjoyed our breakfast experience at the hotel restaurant. Using or voucher of $309 MXN we were able to get the “American breakfast” which included: coffee, juice, toast or sweet bread, choice of fruit platter, eggs to your liking, with two sides of either potatoes, beans, or bacon. The bacon was the weirdest bacon I’d ever tried and I wouldn’t recommend it. It was very dry. However the rest of my breakfast was delicious and the service was great.

Location in terminal 2 outstanding, I would stay at the hotel again for this reason if I had an early flight. However, despite the impressive entrance the check-in staff are poor and the rooms are shabby. Ordered some room service wich was totally inedable

It was OK but could easily be better. The room was clean, but the towels smelled strange. The AC was ON all the time and I had no control over the room temperature. It was 18 for the night and the blankets were not warm enough for that. The breakfast was good, but instead of a buffet (due to COVID) you had to order and it was a bit long to get the food. My Spanish not being great, it lead to a lot of confusion.

A arquitetura não é tão sofisticada, achei bem minimalista, o que pra mim não é ruim. A cama é sensacional, mas achei que o chuveiro poderia sair mais água.

Accommodations easy, room service quick and on point (we order dinner to our room and it was delicious) Bell service on time and courteous. The Breakfast Restaurant on the main floor, everything on the the menu is tempting. Best of All a young lady by the name of **LUPITA** waiting on us was superb, she was on the ball. Her service skills were so good I would of hire her on the spot. Not kidding she runs her section like she owns the place. My hat off. Great Job !!! Gil Sánchez

The infrastructure of this hotel is beautiful and classy. There are lots of services offered to your room from the staff and the bathroom is stunning! However most employees here seem to not speak English- at least not well enough to communicate our requests to them. The online ordering interface was also ineffective- I ordered a number of things and when I asked the front desk if they received the order for a bathrobe (the only thing I REALLY wanted) they were simply confused as if they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Another pretty frustrating part of my stay here was they gave me the wrong room and then about an hour into sitting in my second room it was pretty clear the AC was not working so they relocated me AGAIN. This hotel is simply not what it’s advertised as and you’re better off paying $50 at holiday inn with breakfast included even compared to the $160 I spent here for a night.

more style over function. large open spaces and large rooms. convenient location with the price tag to match. but things are not meant to be used. leaky toilet, broken shower head, fake wood floors with water damage. sad gym, no pool. it's an NH alright but not so sure about the Collection part. certainly not a five star property.

Breakfast was amazing! Alberto Garcia, our server, was very attentive and gave excellent service. He brought a wonderful green juice and the best day of the death bread I have ever had! We will definitely be back. Thank you Alberto!!!

Large comfortable and clean rooms. There seems to be some inconsistencies when it comes to coffee machines, some rooms have them and some don't. The staff is all very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant is very clean with a great eclectic menu of local and international fare. Restaurant staff is highly accommodating, helpful, professional and friendly. Breakfast is a must with many dishes of local fare, fresh fruit, cereal and eggs to order.

Staff is friendly enough. Restaurant was empty. Service was pleasant. Good was okay at best; typical hotel food, sounds better than it actually is and twice as expensive as it's worth. We'll see about breakfast tomorrow. The location of course it's excellent! (8/13/19. I'm sorry I hadn't responded to the"breakfast tomorrow" part of my review. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of local favorites. Add to that, we slept like babies in the comfortable beds.)

I had a long layover in Mexico City. I had plans to enjoy the pool and sleep before my next flight. The first room I got had a string chemical smell. It smelled bad. As I went to reach the phone to call the front desk I spotted hair in a pillow. I had to wait about a half hour to be transferred to a new room. No smell! So I changed into my bathing suit only to discover there is no pool! Nowhere in the website or while booking did anyone mention they got rid if the pool. That was strike 2. So I decided to try to sleep and as I pulled the bed covers I discovered hairs! Yes plural!! I further inspected the room and it was nasty. The maid service came to clean and change sheets. But that was strike 3. And I will NEVER stay there ever again. The hotel looks run down and is definitely not a 5 star hotel.
