“The best quality about this hotel was the location. The room was serviceable but was also small, felt crowded and much of the furniture was not in the best condition. The bathroom was also very small and there was practically no room to breathe in the bathroom. In our room the tv was also not working properly. On top of everything the hotel charged a hidden fee of $43 a night called a destination fee that was not written anywhere before when we booked the hotel. The hotel did have a great location in Key West and a very nice lobby/pool area but for a hotel that is 4 stars and rather pricey I did not leave satisfied and do not recommend booking here.”

“Nice hotel for its' age. Staff was awesome. Rooms are on the small side, no where to put your clothing, and the bathrooms were tiny. Obviously this is indicative of the age of the hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor next to Duval St.; it was a little noisy at times, Harley riders like to parade up and down Duval St. to look cool.”
