“This hotel manager is very rude, disrespectful, and overall unpleasant to deal with. I had a double booking for this hotel that were both made in error. Upon attempting to cancel, the hotel manager refused to speak with me or return my calls. I ultimately had to speak with corporate who were able to connect me to the hotel manager. Once corporate left the conference call, the manager stopped being pleasant and began to recite the hotel's fine print and then hung up on me. I've been staying at Hilton properties for nearly two decades and have never experienced a hotel manager behave in such a manner. She acted as though I was getting on her nerves ever before she ever spoke with me, in her refusal to take my call or return my message. Her front desk clerk was however very nice and very apologetic about not being able to assist me. Ultimately corporate handled the problem in a very professional manner.”

“Este hotel siempre supera mis expectativas. El personal es amable, bien mantenido, muy limpio y tiene una pequeña cocina con refrigerador. Es muy conveniente viajar con dos adolescentes. La habitación estándar con dos camas queen también tiene un sofá con escritorio, mucho más grande que otras habitaciones con dos camas estándar. Oh lavandería gratis también. Mucho más puedo agregar a esto, pero me detendré aquí.”
