“Rooms were in poor condition. Light fixtures coming out of the ceiling. Bathtub did not drain. After a 5 minute shower there were several inches of standing water. Mini fridge did not properly fit inside a make shirt drawer they built. Had to pull it out just to open the door. The fridge coils made the whole space hot and a possible fire hazard. Carpet had dark stains. Room doors dont have a proper seal on the bottom, so anyone outside can hear what's going on inside. Wifi was not working. I asked at the front desk about it and was given a lazy and dumb response that there was nothing to be done. The front desk woman had the nerve to start looking for a technical support for me to call...what? Am I the hotel management to call about fixing the hotel wifi? The hotel had only two non working washers. Front desk yet again said nothing can be done. Seems like laziness is the common trend here. This stay was booked through my company so can not get out of this stay now. But never again in the future.”
