“Just, amazingly perfect. This is my third time at a CitizenM, but I'd almost forgotten how much I love their hotels. Arrived at Paris Gare de Lyon and the staff were waiting by the lift to help us check in. We opted for the Landmark View when booking (since staying for a full week) - and it wasn't a disappointment, lovely view of the Tour Eiffel at night twinkling, and a big corner room. The cleaning each day was thorough - and we felt like we returned to a new room every night. Zero travel concerns whilst staying here, and (rightly) strict on their mask policy. Throughout the whole stay we felt at home and had lovely staff greeting us every morning and evening. Literally nothing to change.”
