“When we arrived the valet was great, check in great, concierge great. However our first full day we decided to go to the pool and beach and we were approached by an employee who questioned us several times very loudly and rudely (borderline scolding tone) in front of everyone at the pool as to if we were actually guests there. I answered his questions and he continued to question me like he didn’t believe my answers. My family was humiliated. My two daughters were there and upset. He said this was because we were using different towels than the optional pool towels. I didn’t want to risk losing a towel and being charged for it so we bought our own. Even so, if that’s something the hotel does to guests not using their towels then they should warn us something like that could happen. There were no apologies, nothing from the employee he just walked away after the towel comment. We are owners of the timeshare and have never been treated so disgustingly. I understand maybe there’s a problem with non guests using their facilities, but that’s not the way to handle things. I don’t even know what to say other than it’s very unfortunate because everyone else working there had been wonderful. It just made us all very uncomfortable on what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation.”

“Beautiful place to stay for a vacation! 1st week of March is the best time to go because you can watch the Whales from the beach or just by the lounge chairs at the poolside. Saw them breach out of the water pretty much every day. Sunset was spectacular!”
