The place is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way for a gluten free person in our party so they'd have options to eat other than chicken. That being said, the food was good, not great and they served the same dishes every night, so if you're there over 5 days you'll be eating the same menu over. The beach is rocky after about 3 to 5 feet so take water shoes.

Great staff, beaches, and pools. The facilty needs a lot of updating, TLC, more after hours dining and drinking options. Room fridges are only stocked with beer and soda your first day. Kinda odd for an all inclusive. Did I already mention how great the staff was? Shout out to Carlos!!

The resort has good sandy beach. The coffee shop is good. But It is not new or remodeled resort. There are not too many choices of food but the most terrible thing is that food is not always fresh so many people in our group got food poisoning. Looks like that they are serving leftovers on the next day. So if you want to get food poisoning then go to this resort. The room was old, painted ages ago.

So I got back home today after 7 day vacation at this resort and I am very happy to be home except I am with some food poisoning. The resort is very small. Very small beach and not enough space. The clean part is poor. They never clean their windows or glass door. The sitting areas on lobby are dirty.. Waiters in restaurant or buffet are very friendly but the food is bad and very little choices. I could notice that they would save leftovers for next days and food wouldn’t be fresh at all. The rooms seem old and nothing is updated. We went on few excursions and was fun but at the resort we felt boredom most of the time . There is nothing going on. No water activities at all on the beach. For example no banana boat no nothing except snorkeling or Canoeing which was canceled every day because of Waves. I am not satisfied at all with this vacation and would not recommend this resort to anyone.

These pictures are false advertisement. The pictures on the website are for VIP only. The rooms my family and I stayed in were being renovated and they look nothing like the rooms on the website. The air conditioner was leaking and water was all over the floor and they only came in and put towels on the floor. Room service cost an extra 55 dollars and surely not worth it but but our stay we suppose to have been all-inclusive. As far as the activities, there were problems with that as well; the projector did not work to watch the movies, and I guess since the movie played late, the karaoke show did not happen. There were also leaks throughout the resort; leaks in the main lobby, bathrooms and rooms. I will give this resort 2.5 stars. There were lots of things for kids to do which was good but overall I would not recommend this resort.

While we got a really good deal and for the price we were happy. Here are the good things and what we thought the bad things. The grounds were nice. We rented a car for two days it was great and easy to rent. While we were there several of the restaurants were being renovated. We didn't like that it an all inclusive and the all the pool bars closed at 5. Staff was adequate but not very friendly.They tried to keep the beach free from seaweed. We did see a wedding that was really done well. Depending on the deal would we decide to return or not!

We came to Grand oasis with Tui for 2 weeks. This was one of our best holidays. Flight, transfers, hotel was all without any issues. We had a beachfront room in Grand oasis and spent most of our time on the beachfront. I did yoga nearly every morning and we played volleyball every day. The people at this resort are amazing, they really made this holiday for us. Everybody is cheerful, helpful, warm and just amazing. The hotel has different part, the adult only hotel is the newest and most luxurious, really beautiful, however our room as well as our friend room in Oasis were really nice too. The buffet restaurant is really good, easy to choose from even for fussy children, always well stocked. The last few days of our holiday fell in the biggest holiday season in Mexico and the number of people doubled in the hotel which meant a little bit longer waiting times but it really wasn’t an issue. There were always enough sun loungers and they never run out of anything. This is a family resort and they really try their best. All people who work here really deserve a big thank you!

This resort made my first time in Mexico great! The food was amazing and the workers were very nice and helpful. There werenât very many people there because of Covid, so that made it even better...
