Hotel maravilho. Perfeito para relaxar. O serviço de consierge é excelente e o café da manhã maravilhoso. A estrutura do hotel atende qualquer necessidade, tem cassino, várias opções de restaurante, lugar para as crianças etc. Fica perto do Mall of Asiae tem um shuttle disponível para hóspedes. Um dos melhores q conheço.

O quarto deluxe do Nobu Hotel tem isolamento acústico ruim!É mais estreito que o Nuwa e a área ao redor da pia é baixa, o que é inconveniente.O banheiro é de última geração e confortável.

A equipe de serviço de quarto é excelente, absolutamente nada é um problema para eles. Pool foi posto de ação, então tive que usar outro. Jardins encantadores para passear.

(nah, they dont value suggestions/feedback at all) All the issues that you read here in their google reviews still linger. Also, i am very very much annoyed with their crew, everyone is sitting on a pedestal (pa high hat ang lahat), pa strict effect to the point of making their guests feel uncomfortable. Pathetic.Original post: The feeling that we get when we checked in is that we are guarded / restricted. They keep on asking us to “register” ex: we went to swim but they approached and asked us to register inside the “spa/gym” when you’re already all soaking wet and inside was too cold. They even had to verify your name from the reception! Other hotels just get your room number but Nobu’s very odd! We are being asked every time! The room is too dark too - it’s really painful for the eyes especially at night. No budget? I thought your are a 5 star hotel?? The bidet inside the toilet is too hard to press, poorly chosen toilet accessory. Their shampoo / conditioner bottles are likewise very hard to press too, you cant even get ample amount for your shower. Sofa is very smelly and dirty too. The amount you pay for this hotel doesn’t justify the experience you get. By the way, I heard another guest talking to the gym/spa front desk and they are being asked for 1800 for additional head (per day) that’s going to swim, ridiculous! Não param de nos pedir para “registrar” ex: fomos nadar, mas eles se aproximaram e pediram para nos registrarmos dentro do “spa/academia” quando você já está todo encharcado e por dentro estava muito frio. Eles até tiveram que verificar seu nome na recepção! Outros hotéis apenas recebem o número do seu quarto, mas o Nobu é muito estranho! Estamos sendo solicitados todas as vezes! O quarto também está muito escuro - é muito doloroso para os olhos, especialmente à noite. Sem orçamento? Eu pensei que você é um hotel 5 estrelas? O bidê dentro do vaso sanitário é muito difícil de pressionar, acessório de vaso sanitário mal escolhido. Seus frascos de xampu / condicionador também são muito difíceis de pressionar também, você não pode nem obter uma quantidade suficiente para o seu banho. Sofá é muito fedorento e sujo também. O valor que você paga por este hotel não justifica a experiência que você obtém. A propósito, ouvi outro hóspede conversando com a recepção da academia / spa e eles estão sendo solicitados a 1800 por cabeça adicional (por dia) que vai nadar, ridículo!

Siguen pidiéndonos que nos "registremos", por ejemplo: fuimos a nadar, pero se acercaron y nos pidieron que nos registráramos dentro del "spa/gimnasio" cuando ya estabas completamente empapado y adentro hacía demasiado frío. ¡Incluso tuvieron que verificar su nombre en la recepción! ¡Otros hoteles solo obtienen su número de habitación, pero Nobu es muy extraño! ¡Se nos pregunta cada vez! La habitación también está demasiado oscura, es muy doloroso para los ojos, especialmente por la noche. ¿Sin presupuesto? ¿Pensé que eres un hotel de 5 estrellas? Only gamble here. Did not stay in the time. The gaming are was clean and neat. I got fun gambling here.

For a 5 star hotel, in the capital it should consider vegetarian and vegan people. Add some options in your menu, and update to the 21th century. Not even fries on the menu, or the option to order food from somewhere else. Very disappointing. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, na capital deve considerar pessoas vegetarianas e veganas. Adicione algumas opções ao seu menu e atualize para o século 21. Nem mesmo batatas fritas no menu, ou a opção de pedir comida em outro lugar. Muito decepcionante.

The rooms are too dim. At night is so dark and there are additional lights to make it brighter. My safety box was spoiled, twice. Entrance doesn't now allow outside food. As tourists, we want t buy packed food back but even that I have to get in an argument. This is silly!! Os quartos são muito escuros. À noite é tão escuro e há luzes adicionais para torná-lo mais brilhante. Minha caixa de segurança foi estragada, duas vezes. A entrada agora não permite comida de fora. Como turistas, não queremos comprar comida embalada de volta, mas mesmo assim tenho que entrar em uma discussão. Isso é bobo!!

Reservation and check out were good but we left something important and we called them as we're sure of the item we left.Honesty is very important and housekeeping said no items found. Great experience. Loved the cozy beds!!! Stayed here from Jan-March and we had a whole month stay here last Feb. Will be here again this April for a couple of days. Been to their different rooms with pool view or city view. Staff are helpful and friendly. And I always prefer the south wing idk why 😂 the hotel is pretty close to the airport so I love it here since I always fly out 👌🏻

Very poor and unreliable in room service. Delivers incomplete order. Quite disappointing and we actually lost the moment there. Parking is too far from the hotel lobby and valet is not available...

The difference with nobu hotel is their excellent service ...from its guards,front liners as well as service attendant ,they offer personalized efficient and friendly service making you feel at...
