We have enjoyed our stay here, the staff very pleasant and helpful. We plan to return to Yerevan and would definitely stay at the Marriott. The location is fantastic with great restaurants and museums close by.

Situated in the center of Yerevan right next to republic square, as a tourist, one experiences the true beauty of a European city. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. A beautiful hotel from the outside. We went to this hotel when it was still branded as a Hyatt and it certainly is not. Using the word Hyatt Place gives a false perception of its standard. It is more like an Ibis hotel. The rooms are average size(like many others in Europe). The bathroom doors don't close and being made of frosted glass, are very dangerous around children. The breakfast buffet was a true let down. Barely any options other than cereal, fruit and cheeses. The omelette station isn't on demand. The breads were very low quality. Room service is fine. The service was good but once again, the food was very average. The pizza was too salty and realistically inedible. A hotel which has garnered such high ratings and having the Hyatt name was a true surprise to our family. I suspect the Holiday Inn nearby is better. Tip : Skip breakfast.

Great location, right in the heart of the city, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

We were at Hyatt on June 2022, and we stayed in two different rooms during 9 days. I'm a filmmaker and I have a strict mood, but, everything about this hotel is awesome! Modern facility, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and caring staff, good breakfast, and in one of the best locations in town! Only in some rooms, Wi-fi connection needs an improvement. Highly recommended.

Don't be fooled by the Hyatt brand. Rooms are very small. And not well made. I have a pillar in the middle of the room. Shower did not have a curtain or glass partition so after each shower I have to spend time mopping the floor. House keeping did not show up all day then I was told at 5 when I wanted to rest before going out that they stop at 5:30. Staff was very unhelpful and non cooperative. Hyatt head office should be concerned about their brand representation in Armenia.

First of all I want to say that the ladies at the reception desk are the best, professional and very friendly ( Specially Hasmik) then the service was great , we were stay at Hyatt Place for two-week and we had a good experience and also very happy, I want to say that thank you so much Luisa & Sona ( waitress ) very kind and friendly also professional, good job guys ,also perfect and very delicious breakfast with variety of choices, be sure to try the Armenian omelet that is a Chef Arthur's special , that's my suggestion. The location was very central very close to the main attractions and restaurants, shopping, sites, Museums, and more! My only complain is that the Wifi in room is weak and not useful. Overall great experience & Very happy staying at Hyatt we’ll be back soon, Miss you all, and we Can’t wait to see you again!

Decent budget business hotel with certain restrictions but overall good services and great staff. Certain restrictions such as no 24 hrs laundry and surcharge on weekends or holiday laundry and limited choices in the restaurant. But the staff members makes up a lot for these small restrictions.

Contemporary nice B&B Hotel. Inexpensive. Rooms are clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great.
