“If you choose to stay at this hotel my advice is to use your smart phone to record your check- in (Eduardo Santos) and/or any other communication with the hotel stuff - even from your calls from your room. They are unprepared, unprofessional and rude. They will simply tell you “that didn’t happen” - flat out, which makes a situation very uncomfortable for a guest have to argue with the hotel staff during a checkout. I faced a very uncomfortable situation and I couldn’t believe how the front desk assistant (Gabriel) and the front desk supervisor (Gustavo) handled the issue.
After I paid the extra fees they mistakenly charged me, I asked to speak to the GM (Cristiane) to relate the issue, but she stood by their staff and “as a favor” she authorized the refund for the extra charge.
She never sincerely apologized for their mistake, for the inconvenience and she left like I was the wrong one.
I asked for my luggage ticket and I was told they had already given to me, which they weren’t yet. Instead of checking on it and after realized I was correct, I still heard “we were not going to steal your luggages, here it is!”
I replied to the automatic hotel review email I received the next day and I still received a nasty unsigned comment back from the hotel and it turned out it was sent by her the hotel GM Cristina.”

“I have not been a guest on the hotel but attended a Business event on the rooftop, so I can only post on the rooftop and the lunch buffet.
The rooftop needs some refurbishment. The decoration shows the age and some structures did not work properly. There was an awful smell coming from the ladies restroom. The coffee break, although served on time and with sufficient quantity, vanished few moments after people returned to their desks and I couldn't understand why they couldn't leave the food on the table through the event.
The restaurant seems to be clean and comfortable. The decoration is clean and modern. There are different ambient as you can pick seating under the glass ceiling with lots of light or in some darker/more intimate tables.
The service is courteous and fast.
The buffet lunch is average, with an assortment of salads, hot food and desserts.”
