Narragansett is a hot spot for vacationing families during the summer and home to many URI students during the fall, winter, and spring. The town is never quiet whether it's a summer night with families by the fire on the beach, or a weekend night with URI students making the neighborhoods of Sandhill Cove, Eastward, and Bonnet Shores their playgrounds. In this town known for its beautiful beaches, the water is never far and there is always something to do!

Weather is definitely a big attraction of Narragansett. Visitors never get bored with what the climate has to offer. The conditions here are truly diverse throughout the entire year. Since Rhode Island is part of New England, we truly experience all four seasons. The beauty and warmth of spring followed by the scorching heat of summer, the cool temperatures and scenic colors of autumn, as well as the frigid snow storms that winter brings. Narragansett gets it all.
