There are buses from [wiki=3b7cdae6340e5a3b84394dc441df2e13]Mersin[/wiki] and [wiki=1ea661ab33332aea725f4cf6dbe571e6]Konya[/wiki] (from Konya to Silifke costs 30 TL/person one-way, from Mersin 2hrs and 10TL (minibus)). The main bus station (otogar) lies in town centre.
There is no rail network around Silifke. The nearest stations are in [wiki=507ecfeae07c2374f7e07d25bed15aa0]Karaman[/wiki] (about 150 km north, which has two daily connections from [wiki=0ef8f876d62a45352e28410454e3634b]Istanbul[/wiki]) and in [wiki=3b7cdae6340e5a3b84394dc441df2e13]Mersin[/wiki] (about 90 km east, which has several daily regional expresses from [wiki=5520d9658f058d9f3ebbc9671bb09ae9]Adana[/wiki]).
The main highway between [wiki=fbf55ec2f75ae0ee54a2c55b49eef828]Antalya[/wiki] and [wiki=5520d9658f058d9f3ebbc9671bb09ae9]Adana[/wiki] (D400) traverses the city. There is also another highway coming from [wiki=1ea661ab33332aea725f4cf6dbe571e6]Konya[/wiki] in north (D715) through spectacular Göksu Valley. Beware that all roads except the one leading to [wiki=3b7cdae6340e5a3b84394dc441df2e13]Mersin[/wiki] in the east are very (in some cases extremely) winding.
