      The fan room with shared bathroom can be rent for PHP 400 for 24 hours and PHP 250 for 12 hours (Nov 2015). The beds are rock hard. The place is not very clean. It specializes in 3 hour rentals so you might not get a decent sleep. Only recommended if you're on tight budget.
