In spite of its name Jódar-Úbeda may not be the best option to reach the city. Even being the closer station (11 Km) its location in an empty area where few public transports go make it difficult to reach.
A better option for visitors is to use the Linares-Baeza station, 26 Km away from Úbeda, but recommended by the tourist services. Besides having more train connections it has taxis and plenty of buses to [wiki=8c36bddccabb02fa4acdc548ff2f07df]Baeza[/wiki] and even Úbeda itself (ALSA [http://www.alsa.es/], 2,08 € one way) available.
The bus station is in Calle San José. Buses come from several points in Spain.
* Samar [url=http://samar.es/]]runs buses from Madrid (25 € one way) and [[Pamplona[/url]].
* ALSA [url=http://www.alsa.es]]goes from [[Granada[/url]] to Úbeda, 12.94 € one way. Besides several routes originated in [wiki=b2118d2ca0171a63e07fa6218f88b073]Sevilla[/wiki], [wiki=9282ad4f29106b9a00a9b2408808700d]Málaga[/wiki] or [wiki=bddfcdfa742c2e57ea81bf96d27c35ba]Valencia[/wiki] stop in Úbeda.
