      There are national bus services that can get you to Ghanzi from [wiki=822b8dd5ad9692b16c9348578224a71e]Gaborone[/wiki] and [wiki=a9dee27908fb603408a2aeffad069cff]Maun[/wiki]. One of the biggest is Seabelo [http://www.seabelo.bw].

      If you are coming in from [wiki=69f4287626aee77f93e2c891b518838b]Namibia[/wiki], there are no buses that cross the border, but if you make it across to the border town [wiki=e748869ceea5f467085ad2b44b822493]Charles Hill[/wiki] there is a bus that leaves at 7:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and a few times later in the day for a very cheap price. It takes about 3.5 hours to get to Ghanzi from there due to numerous stops along the way.

      Ghanzi is a stop over point for travelers wishing to visit the Okavango Delta; there are many lodges in the area and one filling station, namely Shell. It is the only available fill-up point between Kang and Maun, which is a span of about 500 km, if you are travelling to the Okavango Delta.

      There are lots of interesting things to see in Ghanzi, as it is a Bushmen town. Kuru has a small shop there, where a person is able to buy various handcrafted bushmen articles. There are a few sightseeing spots in Ghanzi-Lions, cheetahs and wild dogs can be seen in big spots made available to them at the main gate of TauTona. There is also a place called "Ghanzi gat". This is a hole that was made while the tar road was being made in Ghanzi, but while using dynamite to break the rock open, the people accidentally opened a water vein. This filled the 40m deep hole with water.
