Bijela. Rail infrastructure was heavily damaged in the recent conflict in Bosnia and Hercegovina in the 1990s and services (whilst starting to return to pre-war levels) are slow and often infrequent.
Tuzla has an airport [http://www.tuzla-airport.ba/] from where Wizzair recently started operating to Hahn, Oslo, Gothenburg, Memmingen, Dortmund, Malmö, Basel and Eindhoven. The airport is not in Tuzla proper, but in the town of Dubrave. It is located about 15 km from the city centre.
Although no bus services run the entire way to the airport, from the bus to Dubrave (number 11), the airport is a 10-15 min walk. A taxi from the city centre will be around 20 KM (about €10).
