Nós tivemos uma estadia incrível no fim de semana do dia da Austrália. A sobrevivência foi além de excepcional. Tudo foi perfeito. As vistas, a limpeza, o quarto, a comida. O chá da tarde do Australia Day foi uma ótima experiência no nível 36. Muito obrigado!

We had an amazing stay on the Australia day weekend. The survive was beyond exceptional. Everything was perfect. The views, the cleanliness, the room, the food. The Australia Day High Tea was a great experience on level 36. Thank you so much!!

Want an excellent stay. The staff were so helpful and polite. The roomwas spacious and clean. The bar had friendly staff - what a view. just a shame Covid has caused the closure of the coffee shop.

i call reception for swimming pool booking. i started calling them from night. call them in the morning, they said, will call me back, didn't.leave voice mail no reply. I checked out late around 12:30 pm. till then no reply at all. disappointed about that.there was Champagne cork on the floor when we checked in, and that metal on the floor.

Celebrated 7yr anniversary with my fiance. Got a great deal which included $100 credit for food and drinks. Also enjoyed a complimentary bottle of champagne. Good city and water view. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the altitude bar as there was a private function and the bar was going to close early at 1030pm

One of my favourite hotels. The service is always a standout and the location can’t be beat with phenomenal views. I highly recommend the Executive Suite with Horizon Club access.

Everything was great! The service was amazing all the staff made sure we had a great stay! We would like to thank especially Chang, Watson and Sheikh they were on top of everything! The room with view of fireworks was incredible and the jacuzzi with city views was the best! The club access is totally worth it I would recommend it to everyone. The only thing was that the swimming pool was booked out apparently weeks in advanced and I wasn’t informed about this by reservations.

Always come here for family dinner and celebrations. Nice view, great service, and awesome food! Can't go wrong with this place. The staffs are always super friendly but also keep their professionalism. With the dessert I super love the mango Panacotta,not too sweet and refreshing. Their selection of desserts are mouth watering ❤

Words cannot express how thoughtful, personal and professional the service was. Every single staff member in their specific role delivered a personal yet professional experience that delivered excellence overall. Shout out to Sarah who provided a beautiful first impression to the business. She was so lovely, despite all busyness of the guests, she treated us as though we were the only guests there. Godbless you all and thank you for a beautiful memory me and my wife will not forget.

It’s nice but. With my experience I had to wait 2 hours for my room ‘to be cleaned’ the workers are lovely 5 stars for them but I was quite disappointed because I didn’t get to go in the pool and only 20 people in the pool is absolutely ridiculous!! And for 2 bowls of chips $58 Those chips we’re flavourless.. We left here at 9:00 and we were waiting for our car for 1 hour this place is nice but come early if you don’t wanna wait.

Nos hospedamos en una habitación Premier Grand Harbour View, las vistas son espectaculares tanto de la Opera como del Harbour Bridge. La habitación es muy amplia y el servicio de limpieza es impecable. La locación es muy conveniente ya que está a metros de Circular Quay, donde se pueden tomar un ferry o el tren a cualquier punto de la ciudad.

La ubicacion del hotel es espectacular. Hotel caro, pero con multioles servicios. Habitaciones de lujo y mucha comodidad. La atencion en la entrada y lobby... bien, atentos y respetuosos.Subir al piso 36 (Blue Bar) con una vista EXCELENTE (o mejor aun...). Puedes admirar toda la bahía principal y los principales rios internos. En un mismo lugar puedes disfrutar de un excelente atardecer, increible vista y buenos tragos. Aca la atención no es tan buena... quizás artos por que lo que mas venga son turistas... y muchos solo a disfrutar la vista y tomar una foto...Excelente la vista desde el restaurante para ver el Opera House de noche.Enjoy!!!
