Very warm hotel staffs. Hotel is still under renovation. The common area felt cold as well. Food service time is still limited. We tried breakfasts, and the quality is very good. The Santa Monica view is impressive. If we come back to the area, this hotel is still a top choice to us.

Nós gostamos mais deste local. Há uma atmosfera especial e profunda ali. Os pelicanos são alimentados aqui na hora do almoço no cais. Existem lojas interessantes, cafés deliciosos. Vale a pena vir e ver.

I’m a platinum elite member.The hotel stingily refused my Suite Night upgrade, even though the requested room type was available 5 days before stay.Standard room at check-in, even though a partial ocean view room was available in inventory.No real elite recognition.The hotel charges $45 per night for valet parking.Unfortunately, they have a monopoly on this.Hotel does not do a good job of disclosing this.No mention at check out.The valet staff was also weird when I asked about checking in and wanting to take my bags to my room without having them park my car.The fitness center is a disaster.No towels are provided and no sanitary wipes available anywhere.Also no 5 or 10 lb weights were available, which was also odd.Not everyone is a beefcake.Room itself does not include body wash, which at the price point charged makes little sense.My stay was for 2 nights.The morning after night one, housekeeping barged into the room at 10:30 am to ask if we were checking out that day or if we wanted the room cleaned.This was despite the Do Not Disturb sign placed on the door.Housekeeping was quite forceful about this and it was shockingly bad.Stay at the Ritz down the road for a much better experience or even the regular Marriott for not a lot more.I’m sure the GM or someone from the property will post a generic response after my review (this is what they do), but just know that they aren’t addressing any of these concerns (read the other comments/complaints).I’d be very surprised if I heard anything further despite the awful experience.

Bom hotel sólido atualmente passando por uma atualização. Eu já esteve lá muitas vezes nos últimos 30 anos ou mais. Excelente localização e pessoal de primeira linha. Eu não hesitaria em ficar lá novamente.

Este lugar poderia usar alguma atualização, mas estava bem. O ofurô foi nice e a localização é incrível. A equipe é incrível e gostaria de voltar apenas para sua maravilha. Eles realmente te tratam bem aqui. Eu fico em muitos hotéis, estou me acostumando com a rede Marriott, mas com certeza voltaria aqui. Não havia nada em termos de serviço que fosse ruim. Eu gosto do del ray aqui.

Good solid hotel currently going through a refresh. I have stayed there many times in the last 30 plus years. Great location and top notch staff. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This place could use some updating but was okay. The hot tub was nice and the location is pretty awesome. The staff is amazing and I would return just for their wonderfulness. They really treat you well here. I stay at a lot of hotels, I'm weening myself from the Marriott chain, but I would definitely come back here. There was nothing service-wise that was bad. I like the del ray here.

Este é um hotel antigo, já começaram a remodelar os quartos. O projeto de reforma está em andamento. Mas não era alto - nunca ouvimos nenhum barulho de construção. A localização em Marina Del Rey é fantástica - do outro lado da rua da Praia da Mãe, a 10 minutos a pé da Praia de Venice, e o Camarão Assassino está ao virar da esquina. Nós até caminhamos da Vila dos Pescadores de volta ao hotel (uma caminhada de 40 minutos). O restaurante do lobby tem boa comida e coquetéis. Os quartos são antigos, mas as camas são super confortáveis. Dormimos muito bem. O hotel / quartos são muito limpos. Não há ventilação no banheiro, o que é uma desvantagem. Outra recomendação seria substituir as cafeteiras e os secadores de cabelo - ambos pareciam antigos. Arrumação fez um trabalho fantástico. O atendimento ao cliente da recepção precisa de melhorias. O pátio tem mesas com fogueiras. Adorávamos nos reunir em volta do fogo à noite, enquanto tomamos um coquetel. No geral, um lugar agradável em Marina Del Rey.

This is an older hotel, they have already started remodeling the rooms. The renovation project is in process. But it wasn’t loud - we never heard any construction noise. The location in Marina Del Rey is fantastic - right across the street from Mother’s Beach, 10 minute walking distance to Venice Beach, and Killer Shrimp is around the corner. We even walked from Fisherman’s Village back to the hotel (a 40-minute walk). The lobby restaurant has good food and cocktails. The rooms are dated but the beds are super comfy. We slept really well. The hotel/rooms are very clean. There is no vent in the bathroom which was a disadvantage. Another recommendation would be replacing the coffee makers and blow dryers - both looked ancient. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The front desk customer service needs improvement. The courtyard has tables with fire pits. We loved gathering around the fire in the evenings while having a cocktail. Overall, a nice place in Marina Del Rey.

Muy bien ubicado tanto de la playa” Venice Beach”, los canales y el paseo marítimo. El personal muy atento, profesional y muy simpático. Las habitaciones muy bien cuidadas y muy limpias, mi habitación tenía muy buenas vistas. Por poner una pega es que el desayuno es a la carta y no bufé, por lo menos las veces que yo he venido, y por el protocolo COVID-19 no lo puedes tomar abajo y es take away, también que el alquiler de las bicis es un poco alto 15$ día completo y 10$ medio día de alquiler.Very well located both the beach "Venice Beach", the canals and the promenade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. To put a catch is that breakfast it’s not buffet, at least as many times as I have come, and by the COVID-19 protocol you can not take it down and it is take away, also that the bike rental is a little high 15$ full day and 10$ half a day rent.
