Hotel muito bem localizado! Café da manhã ótimo.

Excelente hotel..em frente a estacao central de trem que oferece bons lugares e culinaria diversificada para refeicao. Esta ha uns 10 minutos de caminhada da Rathaus em Altstadt.

O quarto (suíte júnior) era agradável e limpo, a equipe muito simpática. No entanto, o café da manhã era inaceitável para um hotel como esse e principalmente pelo preço adicional a ser pago. Este foi o pequeno-almoço buffet que eu vi em dez anos - uma grande decepção e não vale o dinheiro. Isso precisa ser melhorado com urgência.

O serviço e os conselhos são excelentes no Reichshof, seja na recepção ou por telefone. No próprio hotel, muitos edifícios históricos foram preservados e combinados com a arquitetura moderna. Uma experiência especial é o restaurante/sala de café da manhã, você se sente transportado para outro tempo. O buffet de pequeno-almoço é extenso e há muitos produtos regionais. Eu estava no Reichshof pela primeira vez em 2016 e tenho estado lá regularmente desde quando estou em Hamburgo. O hotel tem uma localização super central e ainda assim é tranquilo no quarto.

Esta não foi a primeira vez que estivemos no Reichshof. O hotel tem uma localização muito central e é um bom ponto de partida. Além disso, sempre estivemos bem aqui até agora.Havíamos solicitado com antecedência um quarto com vista para Kirchenallee, o que também nos foi confirmado. Quando chegamos, não havia espaço para nós. Conseguimos um quarto maior, mas com vista para uma parede - a 2 metros de distância!O banheiro tinha uma banheira, mas estava desconfortavelmente frio.Atualmente, os quartos são limpos apenas a cada 2 dias. Portanto, não para uma estadia de 2 noites. Disseram-nos que isso era para reduzir o contato. Em todas as nossas visitas aos hotéis, no entanto, nunca estamos presentes quando os quartos são limpos. Além disso, todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado. Isso funciona como uma desculpa bem-vinda para cortar custos.Com a subida geral dos preços (preços dos quartos e estacionamento), já se procura alternativas.

Os quartos não possuem aquecimento adequado. O ar condicionado pode ser regulado no máximo e não adianta. Tínhamos uma suíte junior e lá o sistema também estava com defeito e não havia aquecimento também. A cortesia do hotel foi a mudança de um quarto para um quarto normal em tamanho L, no qual o ar condicionado não funcionava bem. O pessoal tem vários mini-radiadores móveis que nos ofereceram. Pela quantidade desses dispositivos, deve-se avaliar que o problema parece ser conhecido. O mini radiador aquece um pouco, mas faz muito barulho. Infelizmente, um quarto lindamente decorado é inútil se você congelar a noite. Fomos reembolsados ​​pelo café da manhã e pela sauna. No entanto, uma noite, sem reembolso, custou-nos € 200. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, espero mais. E para os hóspedes que chegam de carro - não há vagas de estacionamento !!! O tempo máximo de estacionamento é de 2 horas por € 6, pois todas as ruas ao redor do hotel são vagas de curta duração.Prós: os quartos são lindamente decorados. O lobby é o destaque. Os quartos são limpos.O jovem funcionário foi menos amigável e profissional na chegada, mas o jovem foi ainda mais amigável e compreensivo. No verão, no entanto, este hotel é altamente recomendado para usuários de transporte público :).

I believe that the the rapport quality/price is a very good one. Only a recommendation:in the morning at the breakfast, even the room is very large, there was smell of food; maybe the ventilation could be improved.

The Reichshof Hotel is located fantastically next to the central station and nevertheless, at night you don't hear any noise from outside because the have triple-glassed windows - and two of them!It possesses the splendour of old times while being up to date - especially in terms of sustainability: key card made of wood, still water only tap water. It's accessible for wheelchairs, offers meeting and event facilities and the staff is friendly.Absolutely recommendable!

The hotel is centrally situated, and very nice.They didnt clean the rooms every day, and the line for breakfast took up to 45 minutes. Obviously, they were overbooked and understaffed.Surprised they can charge this high rate, with these standards.

The hotel is very close to the Hamburg main trainstation, therefore it is easy to hop on the city lines to move around if needed. Most of the time, we were on foot as it's a short walk to the water and also a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The rooms were modern and clean. They upkeep hight hygiene standards and we felt comfortable throughout our whole stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful and the check-in was quite flawless. We also had a few drinks at the lobby lounge and it was very comfortable and the service was good inspite being relatively full on a Saturday night.

This hotel promises a lot when you enter the beautiful lobby and reception area. It's grand. Unfortunately it doesn't deliver when it comes to the room we booked. We stayed in the King Medium room but it was much smaller than on the photos, there was literally no space to put your suitcase anywhere even though they had put a stand for it in the room. It was an interior room with a view into other hotel rooms. The shower was nice and big though. We asked for a bathtub when we booked the room, while checking in they didn't even mention it. There was a nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff in the bar were really nice. The breakfast was fully booked during our four day stay so we didn't get the chance to try it.Fast check out.

Un 10 para el hotel. Personal muy amable y atento, sobre todo en el buffet del desayuno, todo muy rico y de calidad. Nuestra habitación era familiar e interior y fue perfecta, nada de ruidos, incluso estando frente al ascensor, si se oían casi las puertas de otras habitaciones. Agua, café e infusiones de cortesía en la habitación que reponían cada día. Te cambian las toallas todos los días sin tener que pedirlo y tienen albornoz y zapatillas muy cómodas en la habitación. Las camas super cómodas, aunque el sofá cama super fina y con muelles. Ducha perfecta, aunque estaría mejor si se pudiera poner algo más caliente el agua. La TV perfecta para que los niños vean apple tv si te has traído contigo el fire stick. La ubicación perfecta, a 2 minutos andando de la estación central, viniendo del aeropuerto es línea directa a la estación de Hamburgo y cercanía andando a todos los puntos más turísticos de la ciudad. No había jabón líquido de manos en el lavabo, solo 2 botes de body milk, lo que es raro. Te bloquean en la tarjeta 50 euros de depósito, pero nunca dicen que es por noche, por lo que pagamos al llegar al hotel + 3 noches de depósito, por política del hotel por si tomas algo en la cafetería, nos dijeron. Nosotros sí tomamos algo en el bar del hotel pero pagamos en el momento.Top 10 hotel. Very friendly staff, especially during the breakfast, good quality of food. Our room was family and interior and it was perfect, no noise, even being in front of the elevator. Free complimentary water, coffee and tea in the room replenished every day. They change your towels every day without having to ask and they have very comfortable bathrobe and slippers in the room. Comfortable beds but the sofa bed was too thin and with springs. Perfect shower, although it would be better if you could put the water a bit warmer. Perfect TV for children to watch apple tv if you have brought the fire stick with you. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the central station, coming from the airport is a direct line to Hamburg station and walking distance to all the most touristic points of the city. There was no liquid hand soap in the sink, only 2 cans of body milk, which is weird. They block 50 euros of deposit on your card, but they never say that it is per night, so we paid at arrival at the hotel + 3 nights of deposit, by hotel policy, in case you take something from the bar, they told us. We did have a drink at the hotel bar but we paid right after.

We had a very nice weekend stay with my friends here. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, well insulated, and comfortable beds. Due to the short stay we did not try the wellness center and we chose to eat breakfast outside (there are some wonderful bakeries and breakfast hot spots in the city), but based on the rest of my experience I trust these are up to par. I do believe the room charge allows for it to be breakfast included in the rate instead of charging an additional 20+ euro p.p. Again, for that money, there are some great breakfast options outside of the hotel.

Muy buena atención,cómodo pero si una persona tiene problemas de movilidad es conveniente avisar ya que es grande y las distancias no son menores. El menú me gustó para la cena, muy sabroso. El desayuno bastante variado, mucho pescados, carnes y cecinas. En general nos gustó.

Super céntrico, instalaciones limpias, atención y servicio muy amable. Para el Desayuno buffet regular debes esperar en fila para tener una mesa ya que hay demasiada afluencia. Lo único que no me gusto es que no había frigobar en la habitación pero bueno igual nos ayudaron con hielos para enfriar nuestras bebidas 😝

Es un hotel correcto. Lo mejor es la ubicación. Solo hay que cruzar la calle y se está en la estación central de trenes.

En Mayo de 2016 fuimos al renovado Hotel Reichof en donde estuvimos varios dias, quedando encantadas con la esmerada atencion desde el Sr. Gerente Folke Sievers y todas las personas que trabajan en este Hotel. Aparte del excelente desayuno Buffet, las habitaciones y el correspondiente baño, son limpias y acogen cualquier sugerencia del pasajero para complacerlo. Ha sido una estadia muy agradable, regiamente atendidas y sin duda volveria al mismo Hotel por su escelente ubicacion, pero por sobre todo la optima atencion recibida.
