“Great classic hotel. Easy walk to Nomad restaurants, PennStation, Broadway and local subways. Beautifully maintained lobby and wonderful housekeeping staff. Yes there is a $30/day resort fee but it can be used at the coffee bar or restaurant and both were excellent. Nice gym. We picked a high floor and it was very quiet. Occasionally we saw a queue for check in, but you can also put the Hilton app on your phone and check in digitally. We had both physical keys and a digital key and both worked well.”

“Mediocre all the way. We upgraded to a king deluxe room and there was nothing deluxe about it. The room was average size so I can’t imagine what a regular king was like. The toilet paper was very cheap. There is a mandatory $30 f&b payment that’s use or lose. Cable TV, no apps. Worst of all, our room had one window that was covered in black plastic so we had no natural light at all.”
