Eu gostaria de ter tirado mais fotos para mostrar o trabalho incrível que eles fizeram para manter o caráter e o significado histórico do edifício. Os quartos são atualizados e a temperatura era estável, o que é uma grande preocupação minha quando fico em hotéis. O restaurante e café-bar é excelente.Os funcionários levam a hospitalidade muito a sério e fazem da experiência de cada hóspede uma experiência positiva. Estou ansioso para ficar e jantar neste hotel na próxima vez que estiver em Des Moines.”

“A incrível remodelação trouxe este hotel a um belo lugar entre o charme original do velho mundo visto nos trabalhos em madeira / luminárias / tetos e novo / tecnologia, conforme experimentado nos quartos e na academia. Os quartos foram bem decorados e definidos, perfeitamente limpos. Eu nunca ouvi nenhum barulho enquanto estava no meu quarto. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e disponíveis. Como alguém que trabalha em hotéis, a sala de ginástica é a melhor que já experimentei com uma incrível variedade de equipamentos de qualidade. O bar/restaurante é elegante e um ótimo lugar para tomar uma bebida, nós não jantamos, então não podemos falar com a comida. Como a maioria dos lugares, o hotel sofre com problemas de equipamentos e funcionários no mundo pós-covid. Apenas um elevador funciona e o serviço de quarto não está disponível - batatas pequenas em geral, até que haja grandes multidões e a questão do elevador se torne real. Esperando que eles possam cuidar disso em breve. Adoro!”
