Just checked out of this resort. Raj and Michael at the front desk are the best. They made you feel welcome and appreciated. The men at the valet were also great. Rob and Annabelle at the bar were fantastic. The restaurant needs attention! Wait staff is mediocre at best. For customers to be finished eating breakfast before getting water, coffee or OJ is unacceptable. This happened two morning in a row.

Coming into Hilton on Singer Island was amazing. From the start of the entrance, I knew this was a great choice. Front staff was accommodate and made checking in easy. Rooms were very clean and organized. Our bartender Elijah was beyond great. His service and good communicating skills made everything perfect. Great drinks! Good come out at a great timing not much of a weight and no complaints about it. We had magi tacos, wings, and the flat bread mushroom. Don’t forget the sweet potato pots.

This hotel is truly amazing! Just arrived, and it’s a beautiful experience. Not only are the rooms so accommodating that it’s more like home instead of a place to just sleep. The service here is just as outstanding as the views of the ocean. I made a mistake on my check-in times, and had some confusion when booking online. The front desk agent Raj helped make everything smooth and easy for me to get checked in quickly. I am grateful that you can still get excellent service post pandemic! Super grateful to be here. I would certainly recommend you stay here if you’re ever in West Palm.

We just traveled to this property In a few weeks ago with 3 other families and we were all very pleased with the Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, Raj and Michael were great, always asking how we were doing, if we needed anything, very personable! We were always by the pool and beach, at the beach Jan referred to us as the 'compound' she always had our groups umbrellas and chairs ready to go at the beach and fresh towels! She was amazing as well! By the pool Rod took great care of us! The only flaw I saw was that there wasn't enough for the kids to do, the kids club didn't operate some days due to staffing issues and other days activities weren't on time or lacking. there was also very little for them to do at night. Other than that, this is a great place for a family getaway, great location and near many restaurants and activities.

Love this hotel for so many reasons! Been here multiple times with family and couples trips and the Marriott has not disappointed. The pools and beach are the perfect getaway and the rooms are updated with kitchenettes. The spa is great too! Wanted to say a special thank you to Raj and Michael for making our multiple stays memorable with your spectacular service and hospitality! Our special occasion was acknowledged and celebrated throughout our stay- thanks to each of you. Can’t wait till our next staycation in Singer Island!
