“Las instalaciones están bien, pero el servicio es PÉSIMO. Únicamente tienen dos restaurantes para todo el hotel y en las noches cierra uno entonces sólo hay un restaurante para cenar. Les hace falta personal ya que no cumplen con la demanda que tienen. Los platillos llegan a tardar hasta 40 minutos. En más de una ocasión me tocó pararme a mi para servirme un simple vaso de agua o tomar servilletas. Esto no sólo me pasó a mi, en más de una ocasión vi a otros clientes hacer lo mismo.”
