Ótimo atendimento

Joshua was AMAZING, he completed my booking for my upcoming event and he completed the reservation beyond my expectation. I can't wait for my arrival to the Holiday Inn if this is the service I received at my booking I can just imaging the customer service on my stay. I will update after my stay. Thank you Joshua

We enjoyed the stay. The only things are: the cleaning staff never once cleaned our room during our stay there, and I don’t agree with that. On our last day the front desk concierge kept staring at my family and I unnecessarily, and even made my family feel uncomfortable. If we stayed at that hotel and had the same equal access to the continental breakfast, why were we judged through glares?! Not professional at all. I am an IHG member as well, so we do stay at plenty Holiday Inn’s.

Nós tivemos uma estadia muito boa. Embora duas coisas: eles nunca limparam nosso quarto durante a nossa estadia de 4 dias, o que eu acho incorreto porque tínhamos uma criança pequena, e higienizar nunca seria demais para fazer isso. Além disso, em nosso último dia, minha família e eu decidimos descer para o saguão para saborear o café da manhã continental antes de fazermos o check-out e sair, mas a senhora da portaria na recepção / saguão ficou olhando para minha família e eu a cada jogada. Isso deixou minha família desconfortável e eles até tentaram evitar não comer “tanto” porque todos pensávamos que estávamos sendo vigiados como um falcão desnecessariamente. Certamente havia outros hóspedes no saguão tomando seu café da manhã continental também, e eles comiam aos montes, mas nunca eram olhados para baixo. Se nós, como clientes, pagamos e reservamos a nossa estadia e decidimos desfrutar do pequeno-almoço continental, gostaríamos de não ser intimidados como se não nos fosse permitido fazê-lo. Além disso, minha família e eu apreciamos que no saguão e no elevador podemos sentir claramente o cheiro da limpeza do hotel feita pela equipe de limpeza, então, OBRIGADO! Minha família e eu apreciamos isso, porque estamos no setor de limpeza há 45 anos juntos e é ótimo saber quando a equipe de limpeza faz seu trabalho corretamente.

We had a pretty good stay. Although two things: they never cleaned our room during our 4day stay, which I think is incorrect because we had a toddler, and sanitizing would never be too much to do so. Also, on our last day my family and I decided to go down to the lobby to enjoy the continental breakfast before we would check out and head out, but the lady concierge at the front desk/lobby kept staring at my family and I at every move. This made my family uncomfortable and they even tried to avoid not eating “as much” because we all thought we were being watched like a hawk unnecessarily. There were certainly other guests at the lobby eating their continental breakfast as well, and they were eating by tons, but they were never stared down. If we as customers paid and reserved for our stay and decided to enjoy the continental breakfast, we would appreciate not being intimidated as if we were not allowed to do so. Other than, my family and I did appreciate that in the lobby and elevator we can clearly smell the cleanliness of the hotel done by the housekeeping crew, so THANK YOU! My family and I appreciated it that because we have been in the cleaning industry combined a total of 45 years together and it is great to know when the housekeeping crew does their job correctly.

We rented two rooms that were not available as reserved. One reeked of cigarette smoke. One was under under construction but was swapped with a different room in decent shape. No hot water in the shower. The elevator barely works. The rooms and common areas are worn.

En términos generales el hotel es buen sitio para quedarse ya que tiene muchísimos restaurantes cercanos (Dennys, Bahama Breeze, Mc Donalds, Cici's Pizza) y tiendas retail con buenos precios (Old Navy, Ross, Burlington, Ulta, CVS) todo esto a menos de 5 minutos algunos en carro. Sin embargo el hotel es super viejo, las alfombras de las habitaciones están sucias, si caminas en medias blancas o pies descalzos terminan negros, la bañera de mi habitación tenia un goteo constante que hacía el descanso muy difícil y adicionalmente se podía ver que el fondo de la bañera tenia como sucio pegado. Había un olor a marihuana en el ascensor super fuerte y penetrante, no recomiendo ir con niños por este tema. El desayuno estaba incluido sin embargo no tienen en cuenta que si ponen cereal, deben poner leche también y en una ocasión me dijeron que ya no tenían más, necesitan una remodelación urgente en ciertas partes. Por otro lado las camas son comodísimas y las almohadas también.

We stayed here on the night before surgery, I needed a walk in shower and king bed. We arrived only to discover that their handicap room is a long walk from the elevator and there are no king beds...

Large room on the ground floor (as requested) which is a little tired. Bath water drained away slowly as plug was not watertight. Sink hot water not hot. Reception Staff very friendly and helpful...

I'll start by saying that the staff was very nice. The first room they gave us smelled like smoke. The whole floor did, actually. They said that they charge people $250 if they smoke in the room but...
