“The front desk clerk was very pleasant. Our room was neat and clean. Not an updated Hampton, but ok with us. We prefer the older closing bathroom door. No fridge, but the reduced price reflected that. All was good, until we went to the "hot" breakfast. No eggs, only sausage; gravy but no biscuits. Waffle batter was out of stock. We hope someone was having a bad day, and this wasn't the usual situation. Kind of disappointing.”

Honestamente, depois da bagunça que encontrei em Greensburg, KS, este hotel foi uma lufada de ar fresco. Os funcionários, tanto de noite como de manhã, foram educados e muito atenciosos. O café da manhã estava delicioso. 10/10

Ótima localização em East Wichita. Os quartos são limpos e tranquilos, exceto se você tiver o quarto para deficientes físicos que compartilha uma parede com a piscina. O atendimento é excelente e o café da manhã tem muitas opções e é muito saboroso. O preço do quarto era razoável (como os preços do hotel vão sem adays).

Buena ubicación en East Wichita. Las habitaciones están limpias y son tranquilas, excepto si tiene la habitación para discapacitados que comparte una pared con la piscina. El servicio al cliente es excelente y el desayuno tiene muchas opciones y es muy sabroso. El precio de la habitación era razonable (ya que los precios del hotel no van todos los días).

Honestly after the mess I encountered in Greensburg, KS, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The staff, both night and morning, were polite and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. 10/10

Nice location in East Wichita. The rooms are clean and quiet except if you have the handicapped room that shares a wall with the pool. The customer service is excellent and the breakfast has plenty of choices and is very tastey. The room price was reasonable (as hotel prices go no adays).

É um hotel decente e sem frescuras. Era quase sempre limpo e os funcionários eram simpáticos. Talvez uma das piscinas mais frias em que já nadei, mas eu e a criança ainda nos divertimos com ela. Teria sido melhor com uma banheira de água quente funcional para aquecer depois.O quarto era bastante decente, as camas eram confortáveis e muitas toalhas. Gostaria de ter uma geladeira para o leite de nossos bebês. Nós trouxemos um refrigerador, então não foi um grande negócio.O café da manhã era apenas meh, e quase todas as coisas estavam acabando por volta das 7h. Então, pegue cedo se achar que vale a pena acordar.Tivemos uma boa estadia, ficaria aqui novamente.

O recepcionista foi muito agradável. Nosso quarto era arrumado e limpo. Não é um Hampton atualizado, mas ok conosco. Nós preferimos a porta do banheiro de fechamento mais velha. Sem geladeira, mas o preço reduzido refletia isso. Tudo estava bem, até que fomos para o café da manhã "quente". Sem ovos, apenas salsicha; molho, mas sem biscoitos. A massa de waffle estava esgotada. Esperamos que alguém esteja tendo um dia ruim, e esta não era a situação normal. Meio decepcionante.

Es un hotel decente y sin lujos. Estaba casi limpio y el personal era amable. Quizás una de las piscinas más frías en las que he nado, pero el niño y yo todavía nos divertimos con ella. Sin embargo, hubiera sido mejor con una bañera de hidromasaje que funcionara para calentarse después.La habitación era bastante decente, las camas eran cómodas y había muchas toallas. Me hubiera gustado tener una nevera para la leche de nuestros bebés. Sin embargo, trajimos una hielera, así que no fue un gran problema.El desayuno era normalito, y se estaban acabando la mayoría de las cosas a las 7 de la mañana. Así que consígalo temprano si cree que vale la pena despertarse.Tuvimos una buena estancia, me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

El recepcionista fue muy agradable. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. No es un Hampton actualizado, pero está bien con nosotros. Preferimos la puerta del baño que se cierra más antigua. No hay nevera, pero el precio reducido refleja eso. Todo estuvo bien, hasta que fuimos al desayuno "caliente". Sin huevos, solo salchichas; salsa pero sin galletas. La masa para gofres estaba agotada. Esperamos que alguien haya tenido un mal día, y esta no fue la situación habitual. Algo decepcionante.

Not a new or updated property but generally clean, room was comfortable and not dirty.Unfortunately the hot tub was closed, after training all day I could have used that.You get what you pay for at this location.

It’s a decent no frills hotel. It was mostly clean, and the staff were friendly. Perhaps one of the coldest pools I have ever swam in, but me and the kiddo still had fun with it. Would have been better with a working hot tub to warm up in afterwards though.
The room was pretty decent, beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Would have like to had a fridge for our babies milk. We brought a cooler though so it wasn’t a huge deal.
The breakfast was just meh, and they were running out of most things by 7am. So get it early if you feel it’s worth waking up for.
We had a good stay, would stay here again.

La habitación estaba mal limpia, la fuente de calor hacía ruido toda la noche, no había microondas ni refrigerador, el inodoro se mantenía semi-descargado toda la noche y el teléfono no funcionaba, así que no pude llamar para pedir ayuda con los problemas. No estoy muy seguro de la calidad / frescura del café. Algunos de los trabajadores fueron muy antipáticos e inútiles. Una persona fue muy amable. Sin embargo, las toallas eran bonitas y suaves. ¡Es bueno poder decir al menos una cosa buena! Creo que pasaré por alto esta ubicación en particular en el futuro.

O quarto estava mal limpo, a fonte de calor fazia barulho a noite toda, não havia micro-ondas ou geladeira, o vaso sanitário ficava sem descarga a noite toda e o telefone não funcionava, então eu não pude ligar para pedir ajuda com os problemas. Não tenho muita certeza sobre a qualidade / frescor do café. Alguns dos trabalhadores foram muito hostis e inúteis. Uma pessoa foi muito legal. As toalhas eram agradáveis e macias, no entanto. É bom poder dizer pelo menos 1 coisa boa! Acho que vou contornar este local específico no futuro.

The room was poorly cleaned, the heat source made noise all night, there was no microwave or refrigerator, the toilet kept semi-flushing all night and the phone didn't work so I couldn't call for assistance with the issues. Not too sure about the quality/freshness of the coffee. Some of the workers were very unfriendly and unhelpful. One person was very nice. The towels were nice and soft, though. Nice to be able to say at least 1 good thing! I think I will be by-passing this particular location in the future.

Existem outras propriedades Hilton em todo Wichita e todas elas são muito superiores a este local. O lugar é velho e degradado, o banheiro do meu quarto funcionava a noite toda e eles permitem animais de estimação, então os cães latiam nos corredores. Meu café da manhã era cerca de 50:50 líquido para borra, o carpete nos corredores tem manchas por toda parte. Quase nada estava fora para o café da manhã. Fique em outro lugar.

There are other Hilton properties all over Wichita and all of them are far superior to this location. The place is old and run down, the toilet in my room ran all night and they allow pets so dogs were barking in the halls. My coffee in the morning was about 50:50 liquid to grounds, the carpet in the halls has stains everywhere. Barely anything was out for breakfast. Stay somewhere else.

Dando 2 estrellas porque el personal de recepción era agradable y el hotel en general estaba limpio. Sin embargo, la habitación no tenía nevera. Contaba con él para mantener fríos los artículos. Tampoco había microondas. Pensé que esos eran servicios básicos para la marca Hampton Inn. Además, el baño era muy viejo con óxido y grietas en la bañera. No me sentía cómodo dándome una ducha allí, así que me fui lo antes posible a mi destino final.

Dando 2 estrelas porque a equipe da recepção era agradável e, em geral, o hotel estava limpo. No entanto, o quarto não tinha geladeira. Eu estava contando com isso para manter os itens frios. Não havia microondas também. Achei que essas eram comodidades básicas para a marca Hampton Inn. Além disso, o banheiro era muito velho com ferrugem e rachaduras na banheira. Não me sentia confortável tomando banho ali, então saí o mais rápido possível para meu destino final.

Giving 2 stars because front desk staff was pleasant and overall hotel was clean. However, room did not have a fridge. I was counting on it to keep items cold. There was not microwave either. I thought those were baseline amenities for Hampton Inn brand. Also the bathroom was really old with rust and cracks on the tub. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower there so I left as soon as possible to my final destination.
