“The hotel staff and the room were definitely not upto the standards. One of our worst hotel stays ever.
The room was not equipped with 1) toiletry- body lotion- we asked for it and we were told they don’t have it 2) chipped bathrooms that made it look like a motel 3) not even a trash bin. Even a 2 star motel would provide all the amenities for the high price
The front desk staff are discourteous and are either on their phones or just stand there chatting away, also clear with their lack of ability to at bare minimum be apologetic for their lack of inventory. the cleaning staff are rude for minimal requests, because we had a dog with us we wanted to make sure no one opened the door when we weren’t around- so we tried informing them that we do not need room service to which the reply was a rude “no we won’t do it anyway”.
This is seriously not Marriott standard and we would never be booking here again!”

“This Courtyard is the same design inside and room wise, as most Courtyards. This is definitely an older one though.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room we were in, the bathroom door handle had been broken off and replaced but part of the door still had pieces broken on it. The door knob worked and it opened and closed just fine though.
Our room had a decent view.”
