“Great view , good food... However when you spend 40k at a place and then you and your new bride enter the biggest suite on the property, you expect to not have to worry about sharp nails sticking out of furniture. Ripped a custom made couture wedding dress. Can't replace that for any price 😔.( Response to owner) - in full disclosure I was refunded $4000.. but like I said you can't replace a dress that was worn on your wedding day . The exact date was 3/28/15 , you should definitely have a record of the stay, and refund given. I originally had many more issues with this and voiced them on Yelp... Your company had it removed by filing a complaint and demanding documents proving I was there... Once more showing that you guys will go through great lengths to keep your name clean, it's a nice hotel... That being said it's also over a hundred years old and your staff no matter how good are not perfect. Many mistakes are made, just wish you would own them instead of trying to cover it up.”
