Excelentes acomodações! Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, banheiro lindo, com um chuveiro maravilhoso. Café da manhã com excelentes opções (sem ser exagerado) num ambiente com vista espetacular! O atendimento foi maravilhoso desde a recepção até o apoio dos camareiros!

Solía ser un buen hotel, en mi última visita me decepsionó, mala atención, desayuno demasiado básico. Una pena.

Hotel regular, las habitaciones están un poco descuidadas, la higiene del mobiliario no es buena, las colchas de las camas estaban sucias, las sabanas si estaban limpias, hay mucho ruido uno por la estación de trenes cercana y otro por la av principal. Lo único que rescato de este hotel es que cuentan con estacionamiento al que hay que caminar una cuadra por atrás.

Localizado próximo ao centro, com facil deslocamento a pé. Ótimo restaurante panoramico no ultimo andar. Precisa de uma solução melhor de isolamento da banheira - (box na metade mais proxima ao chuveiro, por exemplo) - pois inundava facilmente.

Bom hotel, quartos enormes. Sobre serviços falharam e muito com nosso grupo, mas tentaram de toda forma compensar os erros. Hotel tem um problema de só ter um elevador e nos andares não há o botão de subir, só descer... Então para ir aí restaurante no último andar, vc e obrigado a descer até o lobby pra depois subir. Longe da praça das armas, 6 quadras em subida, mas ao lado de um grande mercado de artesanato, restaurantes especializado em frangos assados ( comida típica do local) e com um Mine mercado em frente .

Overall a good hotel for the price of $52 USD per night. This included a whirlpool tub with jets and a great view of El Sol Avenue. The included breakfast was alright though what was impressive was that the restaurant/breakfast was on the top floor of the hotel and had great views of Cusco because of all the glass windows. Another plus is the proximity of the hotel to a mall. I bought my sim card, water, snacks cheaply.To sum things upPluses Big rooms and full king size beds Whirlpool tub Toiletries soap, shampoo and conditioner. Close to a mall that sells sim cards, food, snacks, a few bicycle repair and rental shops and custom tailors. Good wifiMinuses The walls and room door are thin and you can hear everything in the adjacent room and hallway, that's normal here in South America. Service was alright for the most part, the mid day check in clerk was standoffish.

A nonexistant customer service, the reception staff very unfriendly and unhopeful, cold, since they know that you are not coming back they don't care at all. Very very basic breakfast, very old building, it's between the train rack and the main street, a single glass, when the train passes by, it is like your sitting in the train. The noise from the cars makes it hard to sleep, if you are having early tours. The towels old, and with stains, bed sheets with wholes. Walls with stains. The floor of the bathroom hasn't been clean, you see ladies long hair, plus the stains from my flip-flops for when I took a shower. I had the floor shower only when I arrived, never got a new one, the hand towels, they took them but never got replaced. The only positive thing I have to say is the bad was confortable, and one of the breakfast staff was really nice (forgot her name), the other one I asked her for three fried eggs, she said I can have only two, meanwhile I have booked the room for two, and my friend lost his flight. The other positive thing I can say, they let me store my staff while I was gone to Aguas Calientes for one night. I had 2 bookings with them. By the way it was raining, and I asked if I can borrow umbrella, they said they don't have, first time ever I hear that a hotel dose not provide one for their guests, and it's a rainy season. One more thing the other friends booked in an other hotel, one of them came over so we can organise the trip to Aguas Calientes, they didn't let him Inn, after I called, they let him and gave us 20 min, if we wanted to talk longer we had to go downstairs, what on earth is this, am I back to my childhood and to my grandparents house? Seriously you can get better hotels in Cusco

This is a review for the restaurant Sky360. We got here at 7.30 pm and now it’s 8.55 pm and I still haven’t gotten my food. They brought our drinks out along with the desert. An hour later we finally gotten the waters we ordered. Just an fyi it should ‘ve been in this order- Water, then drinks, appetizers, entries and then the desert. Do not recommend at all. And did I mention the food was not tasty! I’ve waited for my food for 2 hours! Would’ve walked away but my friend and i staying at the hotel and don’t even know where to go

Not happy one bit and i didnt even stay there! I had a trip planned back in march due to covid i was unable to travel. Travelocity claims they need to refund my money and now im getting notice the hotel will not refund my money. Nobody answers the phone and i am not getting answers this is almost 200 dollars!

Worst service ever! I had to cancel because they have no toll free number and they will not reply to emails...nor will they reply to contact off thier page. I called expedia to cancel and I was 2 calls in and hours on the phone to finally cancel. Then they confirmed they would cancel and did not. So needless to say numerous hours wasted on email and the phone. They have no customer service! If you have to cancel with them good luck! If you want to call them or email even better luck...they are non responsive!

If you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep, you're NOT going to get it at this hotel! The hotel is between a very busy, noisy street and a railway line and since the windows only have single glazing, it's noisy ALL the time!! Rooms are cold and service from staff is spotty at best. VERY disappointing considering the high reviews we'd relied on when making our bookings.

Excellent view of the city. The front desk staff was very kind and generous. On the day of checkout we got back to the hotel a couple of hours late, there was no issue with the late check-out (no extra charge). Rooms were nice and clean and beds very comfy. One of the newest and tallest hotels in Cusco. Would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Cusco, highly recommend. Didn't get to have dinner at the top floor restaurant with panoramic view but breakfast was delicious!!!
