Gran primera impresión fue en el check-in. Chico muy amable en la recepción. Recibimos una habitación al costado, no al frente de la calle. Si bien no hay vista, fue agradable y tranquilo. Me encantó la originalidad de la decoración de nuestra habitación y el bar. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada. Hicimos el check out muy temprano y la mujer de la recepción fue muy amable, es difícil estar alegre tan temprano en la mañana, pero lo estaba. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel por su ubicación, el personal y el edificio en sí. Un montón de buenos restaurantes y bares a poca distancia.

Ótima primeira impressão foi no check-in. Cara realmente amigável na recepção. Recebemos um quarto ao lado, não de frente para a rua. Enquanto não há vista foi bom e tranquilo. Adorei a elegância da decoração do nosso quarto e do bar. Quarto foi realmente bem decorados. Fizemos o check-out muito cedo e a mulher na recepção era tão legal - difícil ser alegre que no início da manhã, mas ela era. Recomendo este hotel para localização, equipe e o próprio edifício. Muitos ótimos restaurantes e bares a uma curta distância.

Esta foi a nossa segunda vez no Hotel Emblem. Nos sentimos em casa durante a nossa estadia. A equipe foi calorosa e acolhedora. Tantos toques únicos para a visita. Não se esqueça de pegar um biscoito da sorte nos corredores do elevador! Os quartos foram mantidos em excelente estado e dão o toque moderno com as vibrações de São Francisco. This was our second time staying at Hotel Emblem. We felt right at home during our stay. The staff was warm and welcoming. So many unique touches to the visit. Don’t forget to grab yourself a fortune cookie in the halls by the elevator! The rooms have been kept in excellent shape and give the modern touch with San Francisco vibes. Great first impression was at check-in. Really friendly guy at the front desk. We received a room at the side, not street front. While there's no view it was nice and quiet. Loved the funkiness of the decor in our room and the bar. Room was really nicely appointed. We checked out very early and the woman at the front desk was so nice - hard to be perky that early in the morning but she was. Would highly recommend this hotel for location, staff and the building itself. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Ótima localização, central para tudo. Eles tiveram uma noite de trivia divertida, um bar agradável e funcionários simpáticos. O nosso quarto era limpo e bem decorado. Great location, central to everything. They had a fun trivia night, a nice bar, and friendly staff. Our room was clean and well decorated. It also came with a white noise machine (so nice!), but our friend's who stayed on a lower floor and in a bigger room didn't have one - so I don't think it's standard. The AC kept the room nice and cool, and the bed was super comfortable. Thanks for everything!

Esse hotel é maravilhoso…. A decoração, o ambiente, o staff… tem de tudo. Eles fazem parceria com restaurantes locais para fornecer um delicioso serviço de quarto e aplicativos no bar. This hotel is amazing…. The decor, ambience, staff… it has it all. They partner with local restaurants to provide delicious room service and apps at the bar. The cocktails are on point, and they also have bikes you can check out. I would come back to SF just to stay at this hotel again! Highly Highly recommend!

Excelente serviço, belos quartos e comodidades peculiares (escrever cartas para casa na máquina de escrever que me deram no meu quarto acabou sendo um dos destaques da minha viagem. Foi uma maneira divertida de manter um registro de nossas aventuras). Sem mencionar a localização fenomenal. Estranho que você só pode obter uma geladeira mediante solicitação, mas excelente. Definitivamente recomendaria!

The reviews are real! This hotel along with their staff are both astounding. Words cannot express the welcoming feeling this place exudes. They have a lounge bar with happy hour, a delicious cafe, valet parking, plus it's located right in the middle of Union Square. Truly could not have asked for a better hotel stay!

Excellent service, beautiful rooms and quirky amenities (writing letters home on the typewriter I was given in my room turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. It was a fun way to keep a record of our adventures). Not tl mention the phenomenal location. Odd that you can only get a refrigerator upon request, but otherwise excellent. Definitely would recommend!

Este hotel é incrível! A equipe foi tão simpática e acolhedora, um toque agradável foi o copo de sangria à chegada. Ótima maneira de começar o fim de semana da nossa menina! Solicitamos quartos próximos e conseguimos colocá-los ao lado um do outro. A localização era perfeita e tão perto da Union Square, pudemos caminhar por onde precisávamos e facilmente pegar o teleférico. O hotel tinha tantos toques excelentes, eles pensaram em tudo! Por exemplo, as TVs até tinham o Google Chromecast se você quisesse transmitir seu próprio entretenimento. A decoração ficou muito legal! O hotel/quartos tinha os melhores provérbios/citações em todo, incluindo pequenas citações impressas no tapete fora do seu quarto. Eu recomendaria este hotel a todos e com certeza ficaremos aqui quando voltarmos a San Francisco.

This hotel is amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, a nice touch was the glass of sangria upon arrival. Great way to start our girl's weekend! We requested rooms close together and were able to get them next door to each other. The location was perfect and so close to Union Square, we were able to walk where we needed and easily hop on the cable car. The hotel had so many great touches, they thought of everything! For example, the TVs even had Google Chromecast if you wanted to stream your own entertainment. The decor was so cool! The hotel/rooms had the best sayings/quotes throughout, including little quotes printed into the carpet outside of your room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely stay here when we return to San Francisco.

Moderno, chique e muito confortávelQue hotel legal para ficar em San Francisco! O check-in foi tranquilo graças a Mark e Fungai, nosso quarto era limpo e tinha todas as comodidades que precisávamos. O bar/lounge do lobby é um lugar divertido para começar a noite antes de sair. Eu não posso dizer grandes coisas suficientes sobre a equipe. Gitanjali na recepção foi muito caloroso e sempre disponível para nos ajudar. O café bar ligado ao lobby era o lugar perfeito para uma refeição rápida e café da manhã para começar o dia. Ótima localização na cidade. Tivemos um veículo e estacionamento em frente para o manobrista foi muito fácil. Definitivamente vai voltar!

Trendy, Chic and VERY ComfortableWhat a cool hotel to stay at when in San Francisco! Check-in was smooth thanks to Mark and Fungai, our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The Lobby bar/lounge is a fun place to start the evening before heading out. I can't say enough great things about the staff. Gitanjali at the front desk was very warm and always available to assist us. The coffee bar connected to the lobby was a perfect place for a quick bite and coffee in the morning to start the day. Great location in the city. We had a vehicle and parking in front for the valet was very easy. Will definitely return!

Muy buen hotel en zona de Union Sq sin estar en medio de todo el bullicio de la plaza. Bien comunicado con todas las opciones de transporte. Las habitaciones son amplias y modernas, con un estupendo baño, y la decoración de todo el hotel es original. Merece totalmente la pena.

A limpeza e decoração do hotel eram excelentes. O pessoal era ainda maior. Cada pessoa que conhecemos foi super amigável e teve uma ótima conversa com meu marido tagarela (especialmente Mark!). Os quartos eram pequenos, mas é um hotel boutique de edifício antigo, e tão pouco tempo é gasto no quarto de qualquer maneira. Eles foram até mesmo dispostos a nos atualizar para um quarto king no meio de nossa estadia desde que inicialmente apenas quartos queen disponíveis. A localização é fantástica e todos os bairros estavam a uma distância percorrida.

The cleanliness and decor of the hotel were great. The staff was even greater. Each person we met was super friendly and had great conversation with my chatty husband (especially Mark!). Rooms were small but it's an old building boutique hotel, and so little time is spent in the room anyway. They were even willing to upgrade us to a king room halfway through our stay since there were initially only queen rooms available. The location is fantastic and all the neighborhoods were in such walkable distance.

Indiscutivelmente um dos melhores hotéis da Costa Oeste, ponto final. Eu amo hotéis boutique temáticos, mas este se tornou o meu favorito. Não posso dizer que já me hospedei em um hotel onde pudesse me enroscar em um sofá de pijama com um bom livro das prateleiras do saguão e não me sentir constrangida a respeito.Está em uma localização perfeita e há algumas opções de restaurantes excelentes e fáceis de percorrer. Eu amei que foi uma caminhada fácil e direta de e para Japantown também.Tudo estava impecável, os produtos de banho eram perfeitos e adorei a pequena mensagem "tire sua psique" na parede, escondida atrás das toalhas do banheiro. Foi divertido.A equipe do The Obscenity - ótimo nome, aliás - tem uma conversa interessante, e Ryan na recepção é extraordinariamente gentil e atencioso. Apreciei ele ter enviado gelo para o meu quarto para que eu pudesse congelar um joelho aleijado depois de uma meia maratona. 😅Cada vez que venho a San Francisco, seja a negócios ou lazer, estou pensando em ficar aqui. 🤘

Arguably one of the best hotels on the West Coast, period. I love themed, boutique hotels, but this one has become my favorite. Can't say I've ever stayed at a hotel where I could be comfortable curling up on a couch in my pajamas with a good book from the shelves in the lobby and not feel self-conscious about it.It's in a perfect location and there are some great, easily walkable restaurant options. I loved that it was an easy and straight walk to and from Japantown as well.Everything was spotless, the bath amenities were perfect, and I loved the little "strip your psyche" message on the wall, hidden behind the towels in the bathroom. It was amusing.The staff at The Obscenity--great name, by the way--make interesting conversation, and Ryan at the front desk is extraordinarily kind and attentive. I appreciated him having ice sent up to my room so I could ice a lame knee after a half-marathon. 😅Every time I come to San Francisco, whether on business or leisure, I'm planning on staying here. 🤘

Quão doce é esta pequena joia? Havia tanto para ver, eu ficava entretido a cada passo. A equipe foi excelente e de longe o melhor serviço que encontramos em qualquer lugar em San Francisco. Eles cuidaram de todos os nossos desejos e necessidades sem hesitação. A cama era confortável e dormíamos como se estivéssemos em casa. A redução de 5 para 4 estrelas é o bairro, mas não estamos acostumados a um ambiente de cidade grande. Conte a seus amigos sobre o emblema, você não ficará desapontado.

Fantastic hotel. They were great with communication before my arrival, rooms are spacious, clean, and have cool and unique decor. Beds are comfy. The front desk is friendly and very quick to help when you request something. I only wish every room had a mini fridge (they don’t, but you can request one).

How sweet is this little gem? There was so much to look at, i was entertained at every turn. The staff were great and by far were the greatest service we found anywhere in San Francisco. They took care of our every want and need without hesitation. The bed was comfortable and we slept like we were home. The step down from 5 to 4 stars is the neighborhood but, we just aren’t accustom to a big city environment. Tell your friends about the Emblem, you won’t be disappointed.

Amo amo amo este lugar. O ambiente é tão divertido e adequado quando se viaja para San Francisco. Todo mundo na recepção é tão bom! Os quartos são imaculados e há muita atenção aos detalhes para necessidades diversas (recipientes de água de vidro, cotonetes, desinfetante para as mãos, garrafas de sabão reais, café bonito). Tudo é lindo! Nós trouxemos nosso cachorro conosco nas férias e a equipe foi tão acolhedora com ela, dando-lhe guloseimas e oferecendo sacos de cocô. Tudo é de primeira qualidade. A localização é perfeita, apenas a um quarteirão da Union Square. Altamente recomendado para quem quer ficar em San Francisco.

Nós nos divertimos muito no Hotel Emblem! O lugar é lindo, a cama é confortável e os funcionários são os melhores! Aproveitamos ao máximo as comodidades e usamos máquina de escrever, toca-discos e muito mais. O café no térreo tem ótimas bebidas e comida. A uma curta distância de tudo que você precisa. Você precisará pagar cerca de US $ 50 para estacionar o carro por um dia, portanto, mantenha isso em mente. É altamente recomendável!

Cara, esse lugar é lindo. Desde a recomendação do manobrista, passando pelo processo de check in, pela limpeza do quarto e pelo serviço muito atencioso. Sobraram chocolates para minha filha, entregaram-lhe um balde de gelo à meia-noite e até prepararam para nós um saco de escovas e pasta de dente. Ouvi dizer que eles acabaram de ter um novo gerente geral incrível. Essa pessoa está fazendo muitas coisas certas. Você não encontrará um lugar melhor para ficar. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The environment is so fun and fitting when traveling to San Francisco. Everyone at the front desk is so nice! The rooms are spotless and there is such close attention to detail for miscellaneous needs (glass water containers, q-tips, hand sanitizer, real soap bottles, cute coffee set up). Everything is gorgeous! We brought our dog with us on vacation and the staff have been so welcoming to her by giving her treats and offering poop bags. Everything is top notch. Location is perfect, just a block from union square. Highly recommend to anyone staying in San Francisco.

We had so much fun at Hotel Emblem! The place is beautiful, the bed is comfortable and the staff are the best! We took full advantage of the amenities and used the typewriter, record player and more. The coffee shop downstairs has great drinks and food. Walking distance to everything you need. You’ll need to pay about $50 to park your car for a day though so keep that in mind. We highly recommend!

Man, this place is gorgeous. From the valet recommendation, through the check in process, the cleanliness of the room, and the very attentive service. Chocolates were left for my daughter, they delivered her a bucket of ice at midnight, and even set us up with a bag of toothbrushes and toothpaste. I heard they just got an amazing new general manager. That person is doing a lot of things right. You won’t find a better place to stay. The location, comfort, and service are unmatched. We can’t wait to return.

Me gusto mucho, el lugar es muy limpio, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones son pequeñas perosuficiente para descansar, el valor es accesible,esta situado en una zona céntrica a unas pocas calle se encuentra muchas tiendas de ropa, restaurantes etc, no está tan lejos de Pier 39. Las habitaciones no tienennevera ni horno, no hay servicio a la habitación, todo se hace desde la recepción ( no se si son cosas que pasan por la pandemia ) pero igual muy recomendado!
