The staff at the Angel Islington hotel are what makes the stay here so nice. Every single one of them are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They put balloons and cake in the rooms for birthdays, they check you in early if there is availability, they always listen. It’s an incredibly busy hotel next to the business centre but they always try their very best. It’s a great location, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, good tube and bus connections. My favourite place to stay! Thanks especially to Holly and Delia who always help with rooms and reservation requests. A equipe do hotel Angel Islington é o que torna a estadia aqui tão agradável. Cada um deles é amigável e útil e nada é demais. Colocam balões e bolo nos quartos para os aniversários, fazem o check-in mais cedo se houver disponibilidade, sempre ouvem. É um hotel incrivelmente movimentado ao lado do centro de negócios, mas eles sempre dão o seu melhor. É uma ótima localização, muitos restaurantes e cafés, boas conexões de metrô e ônibus. Meu lugar favorito para ficar! Agradeço especialmente a Holly e Delia, que sempre ajudam com quartos e pedidos de reserva.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great. We loved that fact they we were in walking distance from the train station and lots of places to eat. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Would most definitely recommend staying here. I know we will, the next time we visit London. Muito bom hotel. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Summary: Don’t stay here if you’re Asian because you will be treated poorly. Double standards. Racism.Staff not friendly at all. Seems to be selective at being friendly. Maybe because I’m Asian so I’m treated less. During check in counter staff was giving me a black face, unfriendly welcome but when it’s someone who’s European she smiled and was so friendly to her.During breakfast same thing as well, nobody offered me tea or coffee when I came while the other patrons who are white get the proper treatment. Only until my friend (who’s white) came over then did I get the same treatment as others.This is absolutely disappointing coming from a four star hotel and a Hilton. So much for preaching diversity and inclusion 🙄🙄🙄My stay was an unpleasant one. The only saving grace of this hotel is Yasmin and a male receptionist of African descent that I didn’t manage to get his name - they were the only staff in this hotel who were friendly to me and respected me. The others (especially the female front desk lady of African descent) had bad attitude and was impatient. Terrible.Ordering room service was also pain in the arse. When calling the front desk to tell them I wanna order room service she was so rude. She questioned me asking why am I not using the QR code they gave. 🙄🙄🙄Rooms are old and there’s mould in the bathroom… toiletries like toothpaste brush need to be asked for. Durante o check-in, a equipe do balcão estava me dando uma cara preta, boas-vindas hostis, mas quando é alguém europeu, ela sorriu e foi muito amigável com ela.Durante o café da manhã, a mesma coisa, ninguém me ofereceu chá ou café quando cheguei, enquanto os outros clientes que são brancos recebem o tratamento adequado. Só até a chegada do meu amigo (que é branco) recebi o mesmo tratamento que os outros.Isso é absolutamente decepcionante vindo de um hotel quatro estrelas e um Hilton. Tanto por pregar diversidade e inclusão 🙄🙄🙄Minha estadia foi desagradável. A única graça salvadora deste hotel é Yasmin e um recepcionista masculino de ascendência africana que não consegui obter o nome dele - eles eram os únicos funcionários deste hotel que eram simpáticos comigo e me respeitavam. Os outros (especialmente a senhora da recepção feminina de ascendência africana) tinham má atitude e estavam impacientes. Terrível.Pedir serviço de quarto também foi uma dor de cabeça. Ao ligar para a recepção para dizer a eles que quero pedir serviço de quarto, ela foi tão rude. Ela me questionou perguntando por que não estou usando o código QR que eles deram. 🙄🙄🙄Os quartos são antigos e há mofo no banheiro ... produtos de higiene pessoal como escova de pasta de dente precisam ser solicitados. O atendimento ao cliente neste hotel é péssimo.

The beds were very comfortable, the room and the hotel in general was very clean. Breakfast was lovely, the hotel had a great vibe. Brilliant location shops, bars, restaurants & tube all within walking distance. All of the staff were professional and friendly, in particular I must give compliments to Ashton, she went out of her way to be helpful, the customer service was 10 out of 10. As camas eram muito confortáveis, o quarto e o hotel em geral era muito limpo. O café da manhã era adorável, o hotel tinha uma ótima vibração. Lojas de localização brilhante, bares, restaurantes e metrô, todos a uma curta distância. Todos os funcionários foram profissionais e amigáveis, em particular devo elogiar Ashton, ela se esforçou para ser útil, o atendimento ao cliente foi 10 em 10.

Spent couple of nights here with kids, had a massive family room with cot and single bed for kids. Had access to the executive lounge which was great for snacks and water/juice for the kids. Breakfast was excellent, great selection. Had dinner here twice was very nice too. Great views. Bit noisy in the evenings due to the hotel's location and our windows open but didn't bother us. Close to tube station and lots of restaurants, bars and kids play areas. Highly recommended. Passado algumas noites aqui com crianças, teve um enorme quarto familiar com berço e cama de solteiro para crianças. Teve acesso ao lounge executivo que foi ótimo para lanches e água/suco para as crianças. O café da manhã foi excelente, grande variedade. Teve jantar aqui duas vezes foi muito bom também. Boa vista. Pouco barulhento à noite devido à localização do hotel e nossas janelas abertas, mas não nos incomodou. Perto da estação de metrô e muitos restaurantes, bares e áreas de recreação infantil. Altamente recomendado.

Stayed here as a family of four in early October 2022 and truly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was absolutely fantastic; polite and professional. Breakfast was wonderful and had plenty of options for all in the family. Hotel is wonderfully located away from the high traffic inner city in a great district for walking to restaurants, pubs and shopping. Easily accessible by bus and tube, and relatively close to St. Pancras International station (Eurostar trains to mainland). We highly recommend and will return.

We stayed here for a friends wedding and were disappointed to find that when cancelled and rearranged (covid), we were charged an extra £50 per night but our friends weren’t. Reception gave no help at all, blaming junior receptionists. Rooms were light and airy but not the most comfortable beds for this level of cost, the TV didn’t work and the only option was to change rooms rather than someone sorting it. The breakfast was also pretty poor for this price point, more akin to a premier inn.

Confortable y bien ubicado. La boca de metro Angel de línea Northern está a 2 minutos de paseo. El hotel cuenta con un gimnasio 24/7 bastante bien equipado. En el desayuno hay mucha variedad de fruta. Los números pares de habitaciones dan al exterior.
