Great Value for Downtown Seattle. Room was nice and clean.Bed was comfortable overall but could feel it is a bit of older mattress.Also small detail but couldn't find a pen when marking breakfast choice.The breakfast was tasty, wish i could have had a side option to order a pastry as well.The hot tub was nice for a chill day in Seattle.The swimming pool was cold and there was some broken pieces of ceramic on the floor and one in bottom of pool. A cama era confortável em geral, mas podia sentir que é um colchão um pouco mais velho. Também pequeno detalhe, mas não consegui encontrar uma caneta ao marcar a escolha do café da manhã. O café da manhã era gostoso, gostaria de ter uma opção lateral para pedir uma massa também.A banheira de hidromassagem era agradável para um dia frio em Seattle. A piscina estava fria e havia alguns pedaços de cerâmica quebrados no chão e um no fundo da piscina. Incerto de quê.Eu gostei da minha estadia em geral e voltaria novamente.

Had a few minor room issues I addressed with the front desk, nothing that hindered from an amazing stay. Comfy beds, and water pressure I wish I had in my home . I was pleasantly surprised especially when this place is affordable. Staff was friendly and accommodating, couldn't ask for more. Did I mention it is centrally located to many fun things to do :) Visited for my Birthday.. totally recommended.

Our stay was for 5 nights, and though I was informed upon check-in that we would not be receiving daily cleaning due to short staffing, I expected to have the room cleaned at least once. This did NOT happen. My wife and I made multiple requests for room cleaning. The first request was met with a confirmation that the room would be cleaned the following day, but that did not happen. The second request was greeted with a blow off response that ultimately led to new towels but nothing else.In addition to the non-existing maid service, the food in the on-site restaurant was appalling. We were offered free breakfast upon check-in, but after one horrible experience, we decided it was worth it to pay for something elsewhere. Dinner room service was terrible as well.My wife and I are very understanding people and generally do not vocalize our displeasure with upsetting hospitality experiences. We understand that all industries are suffering from short staffing. With this in mind, we do not think that having our room cleaned once in a five night stay is asking too much.If you're going to stay in downtown Seattle, stay somewhere else. Nos ofereceram café da manhã grátis no check-in, mas depois de uma experiência horrível, decidimos que valia a pena pagar por algo em outro lugar. O serviço de quarto para jantar também era terrível.Minha esposa e eu somos pessoas muito compreensivas e geralmente não expressamos nosso descontentamento com experiências perturbadoras de hospitalidade. Entendemos que todas as indústrias estão sofrendo com falta de pessoal. Com isso em mente, não achamos que ter nosso quarto limpo uma vez em uma estadia de cinco noites seja pedir demais.Se você vai ficar no centro de Seattle, fique em outro lugar.

We stayed at the Warwick, after an amazing trip to the Seattle and surrounding area for a week long vacation. While knowing due to the lower price point it wasn't going to be anything spectacular, the thought was it was a classic downtown hotel and could be fun. Well, it was definitely not. Think Super 8 motel but less care for guest quality control. Hotel amenities don't function. Hot tub and pool where out of order. There was no soap in the bathroom and after requesting to receive some to the room and then trying to get it from front desk, still no luck.The restaurant is just a hard NO. Poor service and food. The hotel staff seems tired and completely disinterested in the service industry. The parking garage is a filthy, unsafe feeling nightmare. I travel often and have pretty realistic standards. I would put this on par with any lower end highway motel. Just don't bother. Ficamos no Warwick, depois de uma viagem incrível para Seattle e arredores para uma semana de férias. Estuvimos hospedados del 6 al 8 de agosto del 2022. El recibimiento y despedida en la recepción fue muy bueno por parte de un señor mayor. No pudimos probar los alimentos del restaurante porque no estaba abierto en algunos horarios. La recepción, elevadores, pasillo de nuestra habitaciónestaban limpios. El primer día la habitación estaba muy cómoda limpia, sin embargo, al segundo día no hicieron la limpieza de habitación. Llamé al ama de llaves y comentó que la limpieza sólo se llevaría a cabo bajo previa notificación (es la primera vez que me hospedo en un hotel que tiene esa política).En mi opinión fue un hotel cómodo, ubicado para nuestro viaje de placer, sin embargo el precio fue elevado.

If you have other options go for the other option. This hotel is overpriced and not worth what’s being charged a nightly price. I paid $229 for one night just to get BASIC hotel care… The rooms aren’t as clean as they should be and need a lot of TLC. The recent reviews from days ago to weeks ago are very accurate. Parking is a rip off. The sign claims to be $42/night but you end up paying $74/night to park at the hotel garage. The windows in the room aren’t being cleaned, carpet has nasty stain, room appliance seem to look dusty. There isn’t any complimentary water. They give you FIGI water in your room but if you consume it, it’s $6. There isn’t a microwave or any type of fridge for keeping your food cold/warm. The pool look like it’s not up-kept and the fitness center was just a room with four or so machines. The smell leaving the elevator and in those two areas weren’t pleasant.

This is an older boutique hotel but in a very good location. Lobby very clean and quaint with great security. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed due to staffing issues. Breakfast could be ordered then picked up next morning at front desk. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. As a boutique hotel I would recommend you stay here.

I highly recommend this Hotel. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They let us leave our bags for several hours after checking out. Excellent breakfast from Margaux. And my friend really enjoyed the indoor pool. Plus it's right downtown, we could walk to Pike Place Market.Compared to the cost of other hotels in the area, the Warwick is reasonable and our room was very nice and very clean. Eu recomendo este Hotel. A equipe é extremamente agradável e prestativa. Eles nos deixaram deixar nossas malas por várias horas após o check-out. Excelente pequeno-almoço de Margaux. E meu amigo realmente gostou da piscina coberta. Além disso, é bem no centro da cidade, poderíamos caminhar até o Pike Place Market. No hubo una buena limpieza

La habitación es buena y bonita, solo que encontramos varios detalles como: los contactos eléctricos están con falsos contactos los de la cabecera de cama, se reporto foco dañado de lámpara escritorio y falso contacto en foco de lámpara de piso ventana balcon, la caja de seguridad de valores sin funcionar por falta de baterías y el WC escurre agua del depósito.

And my friend really enjoyed the indoor pool. Plus it's right downtown, we could walk to Pike Place Market. Compared to the cost of other hotels in the area, the Warwick is reasonable and our room was very nice and very clean.

The decor is becoming outdated and the furniture is looking tied. However, the bed is comfortable and the selection of pillows is great.The bathroom is relatively small and cramped and once the shower curtain is closed, the lighting in the shower is poor.The glassware has been replaced by cheap plastic cups as have the bath amenities been replaced by cheaper alternatives.Overall, the room is clean and the quality of sleep very good!Thank you Não tendo visitado este hotel há quase 3 anos, fiquei satisfeito ao ver que ele ainda mantém a mesma qualidade.Fomos recebidos por um rosto familiar e o lobby e as áreas de check-in eram limpos e acolhedores.Os quartos são decentes de 3 a 4 estrelas, mas estão começando a mostrar sua idade. En general muy bien, los alimentos muy buenos a pesar del desayuno es en box para llevar esta perfecto, regresamos en dos ocasiones al mismo hotel.

Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel mi habitación fue tipo suite con una bonita vista muy bien ubicado cerca todo tiendas .. el centro el navi pier, el públic market , Starbucks etc. las camas son muy cómodas y limpias baño con tina, los recepcionista muy amables cuenta con alberca y jacuzzi, gym permite que entreguen servicios de comida .. la habitación cuenta con frigorífico y secadora de cabello .. excelente lugar dos noches y me encantó ...
