“I would have to say that my experience here was probably the best I've had in a very long time. The staff were just amazing and went above and beyond for my family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And my room was remarkably perfect! So much room and the extra space was much appreciated after a long day of shopping! Can't wait to stay again.”

“The front desk staff was very kind! However, would not recommend this hotel. The first night I had someone try and open my door to come in after which they just sat outside my door for several minutes. There is a lot of street and parking lot noise if you have an exterior room. The rooms are quite run down and I could hear the conversations of the people next room over. I got locked in the bathroom, as there was a defect in my bathroom door that literally made it so someone has to open it from the outside if you close the door all the way from the inside. Additionally, we were woken at 9am by cleaning staff on a Sunday morning, and politely declined their services, after which they came back and knocked again 30 minutes later to offer them again. It felt like we were being pushed to check out early. The pictures look much nicer than the hotel actually is.”
