Como eu estava tentando estender minha estadia nesta propriedade atual, fui assediado por um dos funcionários da recepção por usar uma máscara, enquanto outras pessoas que não eram de cor andavam livremente sem máscara.Acho que ainda estamos na década de 1950 e ainda tenho que sentar no banco de trás do ônibus também durante o mês de fevereiro do mês da história negra. Estou totalmente vacinado e gentilmente colocado a máscara, como me foi dito e repreendido por essa pessoa muito rude e privilegiada.Eu recomendo da próxima vez que você pedir a alguém para fazer algo que você faça o mesmo com os outros, já que a pessoa na minha frente nunca precisou usar uma máscara e andou livremente. Um como todos na área de café da manhã e na sua área de ginástica.

As I was trying to extend my stay at this current property I was harassed by one of the front desk personal about wearing a mask while other non persons of color walked around freely with no mask. I guessing it’s still 1950s and I still have to sit in the back of the bus as well during the month February of black history month. I’m fully vaccinated and kindly put on the mask as I was told and scold by this very rude person of privilege. I recommend next time you ask someone to do something you do the same to others since the person in front of me never had to wear a mask and freely walked around. An such as everyone in the breakfast area and in your gym area.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no Le Meridian Stoneleigh. Além de quartos modernos e recém-reformados, o hotel se destaca pelo serviço que vai além para garantir que os hóspedes tenham uma ótima experiência. Do restaurante e da recepção todos foram muito atenciosos. Especificamente, Joe no bar foi muito útil e fez a nossa estadia muito agradável.

Os quartos eram ótimos. O serviço de bebidas e comidas termina às 22h. Tivemos que pedir o Uber Eats e a recepção nem tinha um abridor de vinho para o vinho que tínhamos para pedir a entrega. Disse que "bartenders trazem seus próprios abridores de vinho, não podemos ajudá-lo".

¡Guau! Este lugar fue excelente. Gran hotel boutique. Hermosa decoración interior desde las habitaciones hasta los baños y las áreas comunes. La cama era súper cómoda, aunque sé que hay una amplia gama de gustos en colchones; Me gustó y la ropa de cama era de buena calidad. Todo estaba limpio, bien cuidado y tenía una sensación de alta calidad. Servicio agradable. Cuando esté fuera de su habitación, hay muchas opciones de asientos en el interior y el exterior según su estado de ánimo. Si quieres algo romántico, siéntate junto a la mesa del fuego. Siéntese en el interior del bar o en los sofás de cuero para relajarse. High tops con tomacorrientes están disponibles para trabajar. El único aspecto negativo es que no hay muchos restaurantes cerca, pero no puedo culpar al hotel por eso. Sin duda me alojaré allí de nuevo cuando vuelva a Dallas. Uau! Este lugar era excelente. Ótimo hotel boutique. Linda decoração de interiores dos quartos aos banheiros e áreas comuns. A cama era super confortável, embora eu saiba que há uma grande variedade de gostos em colchões; Gostei e a roupa de cama era de boa qualidade. Tudo estava limpo, bem conservado e tinha uma sensação de alta qualidade. Serviço agradável. Quando você estiver fora do seu quarto, há muitas opções de assentos internos e externos, dependendo do seu humor. Quer ser romântico, sente-se perto da mesa do fogo. Sente-se no interior do bar ou nos sofás de couro para relaxar. Topos altos com tomadas estão disponíveis para o trabalho. O único aspecto negativo é que não há muitos restaurantes por perto, mas não posso culpar o hotel por isso. Definitivamente vou ficar lá novamente quando eu voltar para Dallas. Este se tornou um dos meus hotéis favoritos. (As fotos foram tiradas pela manhã.)

We had a great stay at le meridian stoneleigh. In addition to a modern, newly renovated rooms, the hotel sets itself apart with service goes above and beyond to ensure the guests have a great experience. From the restaurant and front desk staff everyone was very accommodating. Specifically, Joe at the bar was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Rooms were great. Drink and food service stops at 10pm. Had to order Uber eats and front desk didn’t even have a wine opener for the wine we had to order delivery. Said “bartenders bring their own wine openers we can’t help you.”

Wow! This place was excellent. Great boutique hotel. Beautiful interior decor from the rooms to bathrooms to the common areas. Bed was super comfortable, although I know there is a wide range of tastes in mattresses; I liked it, and the bedding was good quality. Everything was clean, well maintained and had a high quality feel. Pleasant service. When out of your room, there are lots of interior and exterior seating options depending on your mood. Want romantic, sit out by the fire table. Sit inside at the bar or at the leather couches to relax. High tops with outlets are available for work. The one negative is there are not too many restaurants near by, but I cannot blame the hotel for that. I will def stay there again when I go back to Dallas. This became one of my favorite hotels. Boa localização, ao lado de Uchi e Nick & Sam's. O lobby era bom e o bar era ótimo (especialmente o barman - muito bom e útil).No entanto, por mais de $ 300 por noite, esperávamos muito mais do quarto. Não tínhamos vista para nada além de construção. O quarto era muito pequeno, sem cafeteira. O frigobar estava trancado, então não podíamos guardar nossas sobras. A cortina de chuveiro do banheiro não cabia no chuveiro, então havia espaço aberto em ambos os lados quando você tomava banho. As toalhas eram velhas e ásperas, como você encontraria em uma piscina pública.Não era um quarto terrível, de forma alguma ... apenas não era um quarto de US $ 310 por noite. Ficamos em quartos de $ 100 que eram muito mais agradáveis. Nosso aniversário ainda foi divertido; teria sido melhor estar em um quarto de hotel agradável, como esperávamos.

Good location, right next to Uchi and Nick & Sam's. Lobby was nice and the bar was great (especially the bartender - very nice and helpful). However, for over $300 per night, we expected much more from the room. We had a view of nothing but construction. The room was quite small, with no coffeemaker. The mini-fridge was locked, so we couldn't store our leftovers. The bathroom shower curtain didn't fit the shower, so there was open space on both sides when you took a shower. The towels were old and scratchy, like you'd find at a public pool. It wasn't a terrible room, by any means... just not at all a $310 per night room. We've stayed at $100 rooms that were much nicer. Our anniversary was still fun; just would have been better to be in a nice hotel room, like we were expecting.

We haven't even completed our stay but I had to pause to make a review immediately. We traveled from Houston to celebrate my husband's 51st birthday in Dallas. Shay greeted us with a warm friendly welcome on arrival. When I told her it was his birthday, she upgraded our room. Then she proceeded to ask what his fav desserts are. He said banana pudding, key lime pie, and cheesecake. She stated she'd get with her concierge & try to have dessert sent to the room. Well about 2 hours later there was a knock at the door and it was Shay and Concierge Jonathan. They personally delivered banana pudding & 2 slices of key lime cake from The Cake Bar. THIS is EXCELLENT customer service. They made the 1st day of our trip fabulous and it's been nothing but great since! Thank you Shay and Jonathan for enhancing my birthday plans for the hubby!! Le Meridian these are 2 AWESOME employees!! PS... the desserts were amazing!
