“El hotel muy lindo. Todo muy limpio. Tiene una hubicación perfecta frente a la playa y una vista maravillosa. El personal muy atento sobretodo el de la piscina. No le doy las cinco estrellas pues en el checking estuvimos esperando por una hora en una fila bien larga!!!!En mi opinión deben poner más personal en esa área a ese horario donde la afluencia de personas es mayor. Gracias por todo, espero poder repetir la experiencia!! ☺️😉”

“Upon our arrival to our room, we noticed that the place was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom floor, walls, and ceiling. The bed sheets were worn and torn. The faucet in the shower was almost impossible to turn on. In addition, we had issues getting hot water. We called the front desk three separate times to get assistance. Finally, they sent their "engineer" to come and take a look at the problem. When we attempted to turn on the TV, it wouldn't turn on. My husband had to move the furniture and play with the cables to finally get the TV to work. On our second day, we left early in the morning at 8 am and returned back to our room around 6 pm only to find that our room had not been cleaned. We were given an apology and a choice for housekeeping to come later on. To top off our experience, the walls were so paper thin that we were able to hear very private conversations and activities from the room next door. The staircase near the pool area was wet and slippy which caused a fall of one of our family members. This place is horrible! The location and views are nice, but not worth all of the headaches. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THE OLDER PORTION OF THE BUILDING!!”
