Aparthotel super bem localizado, pé na areia. Quartos bem decorados e com uma vista maravilhosa. Muito confortável.

Every single staff member we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Even the single rooms have a spacious and luxurious feeling, and the partial ocean view, overlooking Haulover Park, the inlet, and the ocean, are spectacular. The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the masseuses we had were incredible. The guys down at the beach were always pleasant to chat with. The highest quality of service is obviously a priority here. The RCBH was the perfect place to celebrate our 10-year anniversary.

Excellent facility with expectedly stellar service. It was apparent that there was a staff shortage (assuming due to covid) yet the team never let you feel the shortage. Check in was a delightful walk through of the amenities and facility with the manager refusing to let us takeour own bags up to the room or accept a tip. The one bedroom suite was fabulous, two bathrooms, lovely rain shower, and full sitting area with kitchen. No details were missed, and the only notable item was one of our balcony doors was a bit rusty and could have used grease. The other balcony door was amazing and allowed us to enjoy gorgeous views of the water and we watched the boats from the balcony drinks in hand. The spa was lovely, quiet during our services and the therapists were attentive, professional, and offered a great service. Not a ton of food options, yet onsite dining was delicious and there are tons of dining selections in a walkable distance. Every interaction with the staff left me impressed from the pool attendants to the bartenders and more. They offer a comfortable service without empty greetings and unintentional chatter. The grounds allow you to enjoy a nice beach area complete with chairs and private cabanas and spas.

Não fique aqui.Meu marido e eu estamos além disso decepcionados com a nossa estadia. Por causa da Covid, optamos por ficar no país para nossa lua de mel. Sempre ouvi coisas incríveis sobre os hotéis Ritz Carlton e queríamos que tudo fosse perfeito para nossa lua de mel. Depois de pesquisar todos os outros resorts 5 estrelas à beira-mar em Miami, escolhemos o Ritz Carlton Bar Harbor. Nós ficamos em um Hilton 5 estrelas em nossa noite de núpcias antes de voar para Miami, e o tratamento maravilhoso que recebemos lá estava em forte contraste com nossa experiência no Ritz. Vir para cá logo depois foi uma grande decepção.Meu marido e eu éramos uns bons 10-15 ++ anos mais jovens do que os outros hóspedes do Ritz, e a equipe foi muito rude conosco. Nos primeiros dias, ficamos incomodados com o tratamento, mas simplesmente ignoramos. Depois disso, ficamos muito bravos com isso. Acho que a equipe acreditou que estávamos lá com passes diários e nos tratou como cidadãos de segunda categoria.Os quartos eram muito bons, mas datados e mostram muitos sinais de desgaste. Nossa torneira no banheiro vazava muito, e o chão parecia pegajoso. Coma em outro lugar. Não nos importamos de pagar muito por uma refeição maravilhosa, mas a comida no freezer do supermercado é melhor do que a que você ganha no restaurante.Após nossa experiência geral com o tratamento recebido no hotel, não ficaremos em outro Ritz, e aconselhamos nossos amigos e familiares a fazerem o mesmo. Do not stay here. My husband and I are beyond disappointed in our stay. Due to Covid, we opted to stay in the country for our honeymoon. I have always heard nothing but amazing things about Ritz Carlton hotels, and we wanted everything to be perfect for our honeymoon. After researching all of the other 5 star beachfront resorts in Miami, we chose the Ritz Carlton Bar Harbour. We stayed at a 5 star Hilton on our wedding night before flying to Miami, and the wonderful treatment we received there was in stark contrast to our experience at the Ritz. Coming to the here directly after was such a let down. My husband and I were a good 10-15++ years younger than the other guests staying at the Ritz, and the staff was pretty rude to us. The first few days, we were annoyed with the treatment, but just brushed it off. After that, we were pretty mad about it. I think the staff believed we were there with day passes and treated us as second rate citizens. The rooms were pretty nice, but dated and show plenty of signs of wear. Our faucet in the bathroom leaked pretty badly, and the floors felt sticky. The pool is not nearly as nice in person as it looks online; kind of an old, dated looking pool, really. The food in the hotel restaurant is NOT good, but still very expensive. Eat elsewhere. We don't mind paying a lot for a wonderful meal, but the food in the freezer section of the grocery store is better than what you get at the restaurant. After our overall experience with the treatment received at the hotel, we will not be staying at another Ritz, and we have advised our friends and family to do the same. Extremely disappointed in our stay, especially as this was supposed to be a special celebration for our wedding.I always try to stay at either a Marriott or Hilton chain when traveling for work or pleasure (my husband and I travel a ton), and it looks like we will be a Hilton family from now on. I am looking at options to re-do our honeymoon as this trip was so bad. I reached out to Marriott regarding this issue as well, and we received no feedback. While the location of the hotel is great, everything else is sub par. The rooms are nice, but dated and show signs of wear. The hotel grounds including the pool are not impressive. You do not feel that you are at a classy Ritz. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Muy buen servicio y sus instalaciones.

Came to The Ritz at Bal Harbour for our anniversary. It also happened to be the first trip we took alone away from our young children. We were looking for a socially distanced option that still offered good food, drinks, and service with a decent beach and that is exactly what we got and MORE. When they found out it was our anniversary they upgraded our room, surprised us with 1/2 bottle of champagne, balloons and chocolates. Then the guys at the beach also found out it was our anniversary (honestly I don’t know how!) and they also surprised us with some chocolate cake. Really they went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel special. I highly recommend a stay here, it has been very relaxing and just what the doctor prescribed!

We have been clients for more than 11 years. always very well received. This time we stayed for 16 nights. I want to highlight the concern and affection of Monique from the front desk, always remember out names, and trying to make us a good experiencial. The excellent attention of Tania, Sharon and Chichi at the artisan restaurant, very nice, good persons. Very nice hotel and nice views.

Our favorite place to stay on many visits to this place! A true old-world hotel with all its charm and a great location. The room had a huge bed, and the bathroom was equipped with a walk-in shower, lots of hot water with great pressure. Our window looked out onto a business building and overlooked the busy street below. A truly wonderful, classic hotel!

It's a nice place. There's this one girl who works at the pool who needs to have the last word. Her manager told me to ignore her because she doesn't know what she's doing. I think her name was Karen. Once I ignored her, everything was quite wonderful. Everyone else is great. Like all Ritz Carlton hotels, you get a good value for your money.

Loved the hotel and the AMAZING mountain views from the room. The staff members were lovely and the food was absolutely AMAZING! However, the little mountain village is so cute and the frigid winter air really allows you to enjoy a HOT cup of cider by the fire! I will be back to visit North Carolina. The hotel had an amazing mountain view and I really enjoyed fishing in the creek. If I am not mistaking the tour guide, I believe the creek flows from a glacier! WOW what an experience, I will definitely be returning for the holiday season.

Un hermoso lugar que cuenta con playa privada, piscina, jacuzzi, gimnasio, tienda y un salón social. Los apartamentos son muy bonitos y con vista excelente.

Un servicio insuperable se agradece siempre y es algo que coloca a los lugares en un punto invaluable! La comida muy rica y una terraza con vista al mar, lo demás sin duda lo hace la compañía!

El hotel es de excelente trato y en buena ubicación. La playa tenía muchas conchitas, no me gustó. Es bullicioso ya que está al lado de un puente y las lanchas y yates pasan todo el día. Restaurant caro y de calidad regular, hay muchas mejores opciones por el mismo precio. Chapa de la puerta fallo constantementeteniendo que dejar la habitación abierta mientras la reparaban.

Nos hemos hospedado en varias oportunidades. Posiblemente esta estadía haya sido la mejor de todas.Con una excelente ubicación y sobre la costa, este hotel cuenta con todos los servicios de la categoría.Un atención excelente y muy profesional al servicio del huésped garantizan una estadía impecable.

I wish I had more time to experience the property, it was beautiful. The Staff is AMAZING!!! Friendly, helpful and so pleasant to interact with. Great experience! I would love to come back.

We did not stay in the hotel. We had a late lunch / early dinner and were amazed with the experience. We were greeted by the valet and made to feel very welcome even though we were simply having a meal. ChiChi greeted us as we entered the restaurant and she made us feel so welcome and special. We sat on the beautiful balcony over looking the coastal entrance to Biscayne Bay. ChiChi discovered that we were celebrating my wife's birthday and made her feel very special by taking our photo and bringing out a small dessert with a candle. ChiChi gave us ideas about things to do and see while we are visiting the area and recommended that we come back for breakfast. This simple meal and interaction with ChiChi made us wish we had booked our hotel stay at the Ritz Carlton so we could have continued the experience.

Very nice hotel located in Miami. The staff is very professional and everyone greets you with a smile. The decor is marvelous, the accommodation is excellent. It is a nice and very quiet place to vacation with family.

This is truly a place to get away. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding. Beach is beautiful and the walking trails for guests and residents along the beach set it apart from other Miami locations. The restaurant never fails to please. I highly recommend a room in the Oleta Tower.
