I got no better than a standard not that clean small room with an uncomfortable bed..plus a view. Not acceptable. I stayed at the King Edward in Toronto last weekend and it was cheaper plus ABSOLUTE luxury feeling. So disappointed.”

Second time staying there. First time was great, room was very nice clean and spacious. The Juliet balcony was great. Second time was even better, stayed in the presidential suite and it was absolutely amazing, very big room with 3 separate private balconies, shower was outstanding, view from the bath tub was breath taking. All around such an amazing night and will definitely get it again. It was pricy but compared to other hotels for same price, the room was way more worth it. If looking for a great time with a partner, I recommend that room.

Stayed for 3 nights for a getaway. Had booked another hotel but was not happy with the service and decided to walk into the Sheraton. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing view of the falls and really enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and updated. Check in and Elevator was so much quieter then our stay in August.we bookedKing suite with fireplace, falls view. Enjoyed the view so much we came back. Very disappointed that room is equipped with a small table and 1 chair to sit at to enjoy the falls view and the fireplace in our room. I called the front desk to ask if the chair is missing, I was told the rooms can have a small couch, 2 chairs or 1 chair in the room. I asked to have another chair brought to the room. front desk said no not possible. Our last room had the small couch. Truly disappointed to have to spend a rainy day not being able to both enjoy the view. Never thought I would have to make sure the furniture is acceptable when I book a hotel stay. Lesson learned.

We stayed for a girls weekend It was excellent!We had a park view room on 6th floor Hotel was full so couldn’t upgrade however we had a great view of the falls! Room was very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet was very good with amazing views. You can get a discount if your prepay at the registration desk. I have nothing negative to say. Location perfect I would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here recently to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We had stayed in this same hotel when we first met, so it was very meaningful for us. We were greeted by an extremely kind valet gentleman upon arrival, who assisted us with parking and getting to the reception desk. While we did wait for about 40 minutes to check-in (and there were only 2 representatives working), I suspected this may be impacted by staffing shortages due to COVID. Our check-in was pleasant and seamless, and our room was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The room was extremely clean. In fact, this hotel was one of the cleanest ones I had ever been in! Overall, an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back and soon! Note: my only reason for 4 stars was simply the lengthy check-in wait time and understaffing. However, sometimes, this cannot be helped, and I certainly would not use this as a deciding factor on accommodations for my next trip.

The floor that we stayed on had a lovely view but the good ends there. When you walked through the hallways of our floor we stayed on it smelt like it has always been a smoking floor. It also smelt of fresh marijuana each time we came up to our room. When I spoke to the front desk about it the answer was you are from Ontario you know the rules. We had deluxe package with a discount at the buffet but they refused to honour it. The toilet in our room was the right height for a very small child..............

Stayed here for our honeymoon, had a slight issue with our room but the guest services manager on duty was a great help and very considerate, great customer service! Amazing shop located in the lobby, as well so Starbucks, also connected to an arcade, the Hard Rock Cafe, Casino Niagara and more! Makes for a great family getaway or romantic trip! Even though it rained for most of our stay we still had an amazing time! Will definitely be returning

Room was clean with lots of room and a great view of the falls. Club concierge was helpful and very attentive! Pool is great and really gives off a resort vibes. Will 100% be back soon!

demora na checkin pois o funcionario não localizava a nossa reserva, estacionamento selfparking fica a dois quarteirões do hotel, há outros estacionamentos na região mais baratos que este. Quartos limpos e arrumadeiras gentis, há um Starbucks no terreo, piscina interna no décimo quarto andar pequena, mas a vista das falls é inacreditável!!!! Vale a pena ficar nos quartos para as cachoeiras! Peça um andar alto no checkin!!!

Hotel bem localizado, próximo às cataratas e ao ponto de onde saem os barcos para o passeio. Possui um restaurante na cobertura e alguns no térreo (um Starbucks, por exemplo). Preços bem mais em conta que qualquer hotel em Toronto!

The view was amazing but service sucked. We rented 4 rooms and wanted them all on the same floor but we only had 3 on one floor and not even next to each other. We reserved 1 month in advance and they said they would give us at least all on the same floor. The rooftop pool was nice. NO breakfast included in the price. Price was ridiculously high. We paid $2500 for 4 rooms for 1 Night and a $50 deposit per room. We will NOT be staying there again. Could go rent somthing for cheap and still have breakfast included. Elevators were horrible. The longest wait time just to go on them so used the stairs far more then the elevator.

Spectacular view from the rooftop patio. It was really freeing, beautiful and as if you stepped into a different world away from the bustle of the Niagara strip. BUT there were a few issues. First rooftop food took over an hour to arrive. The food was really good and hot, but the wait times were crazy.The elevator lines were also chaotic. It was about a 30 minute wait in the lobby and people were getting upset. When an elevator came, often the doors would close quickly not allowing us to get in. Also, The service was horrible. We wanted to stay in our room for room service but there was no menu in the room. We called down to ask for one. The front desk told us we’d have to come to the front to pick up a menu. We asked nicely if they could bring the menu up (after all it’s room service and we didn’t want to leave our room) and the lady said “no. We’re not going to do that” … I went down to pick up the menu and of course it was another 30 minutes just to get an elevator. ( we might as well have picked up take out) .. we finally ordered the takeout (which took an hour to arrive and tasted bland and like grocery store pasta and dry salmon)we then ordered a movie. The movie signal kept on cutting out and skipping the movie toanother scene. We couldn’t watch the movie, so we called front desk to refund the movie. First, front desk didn’t pick up the phone for about 10 minutes. When we finally got through they said they’d refund us, but we woke up to a movie bill. I had to go down to front desk to get the refund AGAIN. This review is on the first weekend the borders opened up so maybe they’re dealing with higher occupancy than normal. We’ve stayed here 3 times and usually on off-season and the experience was really positive. I’m giving the rating 3 stars because I’ve experienced them doing much better, but if this had been my first time here, I wouldn’t come back and it would have gotten a 2 star rating

Mobile check in didn't work, and at manual check in they didn't give us wristbands that we didn't know we needed for the waterpark (so had to run down stairs, across to hotel, then ... line up to check in just to get them),- - - most frustrating, the elevators are impossible to get and rammed with too many people (especially during COVID? - had to take the stairs so many times) and parking is very awkward to get to - and you need to walk through a different hotel to get to and from your car... no support/management staff to help generally. Would not return. View was nice, room was nice - but an awful experience in general.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had visiting a hotel. The elevators didn’t work, we met numerous families who had to climb 17 flights of stairs every day for a week to get to their hotel room…one elevator couldn’t get past the second floor. Check in took OVER AN HOUR, un believable for a hotel that’s been “recently updated” to have so many problems. Once we stepped into our room we were greeted with a room that had spiders everywhere. Steer clear of this place you’d be better off sleeping in your vehicle.

We checked in to find out we are at the top floors; great!
We get to the elevators to realize only 1 out of 3 is working. Line up is 30-40 minutes to get back to your room. no social distancing is respected as everybody is piling up into that one and only functional elevator. Customer service is non existent, it’s clear that they are operating understaffed.

Visited in April 2019As a French tourist on a trip to the Canada to see the amazing Niagara Falls, I shearched for a good hotel, and I remembered that my Grand Father had already spent a few days in the Sheraton on the falls a few years before, so I asked him if it was good. He answered me that it was an incredible experience, so I trusted him and I booked that hotel and I wasn't disappointed. In fact : The room was so comfortable !!! The bed so comfortable !!! The restaurant so delicious !!! THE VIEW WAS BREATHTAKING !!!!I'm so sad that the covid is so long because I definitely want to come again to the hotel and to the falls !!!!I hope to see you soon ! The room was amazing would recommend, balcony & Falls View suite. The wait for elevators were ridiculously long (maybe because it was a long weekend or they exceeded their booking capacity which wrecked the experience and the smooth in and out transitions from your room to other amenities and outside). The all you can eat breakfast I would not recommend! It has a variety of things but the price would make sense if things were warm and tasty…go somewhere else. Overall location and room were amazing just don’t eat the breakfast. 4 outta 5 for me :)

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean hotel, clean room, great view. We paid extra for balcony room with falls view and high floor - however the balcony was a Juliette balcony not a full balcony and our falls view was a 1/2 falls 1/2 city view - with the extra money we paid we weren’t completely happy with this but we only stayed one night and just dealt with it. If I stayed again I would confirm that I am getting what I pay for. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was one of the best hotels i have stayed at for the price. We got a nice view of the falls and the staff had the best customer service i have ever seen. The rooms were super clean. I would not hesitate to go back.

Called ahead of time for our stay to check in about the food. Spoke with a woman named Terry who clearly wasn't looking to offer any sort of kindness or quality customer service. Thankfully I could coach Terry through answering my questions to a bare minimum. I found some sort of page on their website for dinning, and even then there was no menu.....Definitely puts you in an odd spot when you need to stay there for work. You'd think a professional establishment would hire better.
