Impossible to have a work-cation here.Internet in room is so bad the upload is only 11 down/2 up.Spent 30m with their tech support and another 30 with front desk staff in frustration. Router is so old it drop out every 5 minute.Hotel timeshare grounds is circa 1970s needing more than a paint job.The inside while airy feels like jail facing each other in design.Food here is low grade with quality matching Denny’s … nothing upscale and expect burger hot dog etc.Worst for timeshare there is no cooktop as such no kitchen.Really really off the mark here! Furniture is also dated feeling like lots of fun has been had as well on them ;)Decent 6 feet pool though. Large TV

Access to the beach and private pool are a plus! This is my second stay here and love that there’s plenty of restaurants around and not far from downtown Lahaina. There’s a kitchen all set for you to cook and stay in to save some money. Also, washer and dryer are available on each floor. Huge life savor and saves you some packing.Only con is the noise level. This is my second stay and I stayed in the tower farthest from the beach. We were placed right next to the elevator which seemed ideal, but starting around 6am all we heard were carts moving over the tiles outside our room and above it. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Change out the tile or change times for this. The last thing you want on vacation is to be woken up by carts all morning. Same applies for nap time, trust me, we tried nap time as well. The resort could also use a little face lift as well.

Great accomodations ! Beautiful place! Staff is incredibly kind. I have stayed here before and loved it. The reason for the lower stars though is for an experience currently having. I came across a few roaches mainly the one in my shower while I was in there really bothered me. Never came across this issue before totally understand tropical weather brings them out. So I went to the front desk and asked to have my room changed so they could hopefully spray the unitbut they said no they couldn't move me that they could have housekeeping come in to spray the unit. But I told them if they did that while I was in the unit more would come out and they said yes that was true but they could not.move me into another unit. Very disappointed . Also I did check their website and called to check availability and they do have other units available currently to rent out. So availability was not the issue as to why they couldn't move me into another unit. For the time frame I needed.

Ficamos no Kaanapali Beach Club no ano passado e participamos do Luau, Huakai. O show foi incrível, a vista era espetacular e não poderíamos ter pedido uma noite melhor!Que noite incrível nós tivemos. Tudo começou entrando no terreno do luau e sendo mimado com colares de conchas e coquetéis havaianos! As bebidas estavam deliciosas. A comida também era incrível. Embora tenha sido servido em estilo buffet, estava realmente delicioso. E o final do bar de sobremesas foi ótimo!O show não poderia ter sido melhor. Os dançarinos são lindos, os trajes pareciam incríveis e o cenário no terreno do Luau era ótimo.Os músicos tocaram com incrível entusiasmo e espírito havaiano. Nós amamos ouvir suas habilidades incríveis com guitarra e bateria, e particularmente gostamos da dança Hula do público! Engraçado ver como um convidado normal tenta dançar hula contra um profissional!Foi definitivamente uma noite inesquecível e nós apreciamos completamente! Altamente recomendado.

O pessoal foi muito útil e agradável. A propriedade era imaculada e bonita. Nós amamos o quão perto estávamos da praia. Eles tinham muitas comodidades que tornaram nossa experiência ainda melhor. Nosso quarto foi mantido muito limpo e nós apreciamos a cerimônia especial que eles tinham para os viajantes partindo. Eu recomendaria este hotel muito!

The place is beautiful, rooms are big and cosy. Big part of the day we spend at the pool. Here comes the problem. There are only few umbrellas and most of the time those spots are taken as early as 6am. Who would want to spend vacation hunting for the spot under umbrella? Or frying under the tropical sun? Greatly disappointed. Would not recommend this place.

We stayed at the Kaanapali Beach Club last year and attended the Luau, Huakai. The show was amazing, the view was spectacular and we couldn't have asked for a better night! What an incredible night we had. It started off by entering the luau grounds and being pampered with shell leis and Hawaiian cocktails! The drinks were delicious. The food was also amazing. Although it was served buffet style, it was really delicious. And, the finale of the dessert bar was great! The show could not have been better. The dancers are beautiful, the costumes looked amazing and the setting on the Luau grounds were great. The musicians played with such amazing enthusiasm and Hawaiian spirit. We loved listening to their incredible skills at guitar and drums, and particularly enjoyed the Hula Dancing from the audience! Funny to see how a normal guest tries to hula dance against a professional! It was definitely an evening to remember and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The property was immaculate and beautiful. We loved how close to the beach we were. They had many amenities that made our experience even better. Our room was kept very clean and we enjoyed the special ceremony they had for travelers leaving. I would recommend this hotel very highly!

Estube en el piso mas alto del resort. Por suerte la esquina donde se encuentra la habitacion presidencial se puede ver el oceano y multiples actraciones. Me encanto el servicio. Y es la segunda vez que me ospedo aqui.

We enjoyed how close the resort is to the ocean. It's also within walking distance of a number of restaurants and food stores. The pool bar is nice, with friendly staff. KBC had only a take-away food...
