“We had an amazing time staying in the duplex suite. The 2 floors suite is spacious, beautiful, modern and clean. There is a bathroom, TV and sofa on both floors, which is our favourite part. Top services all the way, staffs are very friendly and helpful (especially the concierge kindly helped us to sort out a restaurant booking issue in Portuguese). We enjoyed the breakfast too, great selection with both the buffet and dishes on the special menu. Perfect location at the city center and right next to the train station/ metro. Great stay, highly recommend.”

“If only there was a 4.5 rating possible. Fresh roses in the room are a nice touch, but for a good night of sleep during the construction period, we’ll recommend a room to the back and not the front. Staff is friendly and helpful, but the property itself is rather dated compared to other 5 stars in historic settings in the city center. Bar’s a destination, the restaurant offers a rather eclectic menu: side of sauerkraut?”
