Um lugar de pessoas que trabalham por obrigação, recepcionista mau educado, o estacionamento é pago a parte assim como café da manhã, a construção atrapalha muito o descanso mas esse é só um detalhe, a área de lazer e um verdadeiro lixo! Piscina suja parece que as bordas não nunca foi limpa, cheia de bituca de cigarro, para vc usar um sombra cobra a parte os funcionários são totalmente despreparados demonstram desleixo, preguiça, por favor nunca se hospedar neste hotel, pois fiquei observando como é possível um serviço horrível e ainda ter hóspedes.

Estive neste hotel com minha família há 20 dias, confesso que estava quase desistindo frente a vários comentários negativos e ainda bem que não desisti...o hotel é sim mais antigo...porém super charmoso sua recepção...quartos grandes e limpos ainda com varanda e cozinha...pessoal bem simpático...realmente cobram estacionamento (16 dólares por dia) e quiosques...isto tbm não concordo...porém é pé na areia..região lindíssima...Praia linda...ou seja recomendo tranquilamente.

Building is old, cracks everywhere even in front lobby. Very noisy all day from 8am - 4pm, construction going on. The only positive thing is that the beach is close by.

Total fiasco. To be honest it’s hard to believe the health department even allows them to be in business. A lot is under construction and I went to second-floor mezzanine. It was nails on the ground anyone can step and get hurt it was dirty and cleaned construction. OK walking and found what appeared to be a gym room with equipment so old and dangerous to operate the floors were not even done total construction yes it’s open to the public how it’s legal I don’t know.The first day right under the toilet seat there was sh.. stains!And to top things off they stole my suit. I had to call the police and file a police report to document this crime, they are nothing but crooks. City needs to shut them down.If they can’t run a business right don’t run a business at all.

It's an old hotel, but room is clean, no complaints and location is the best for money, Porsche tower is the neighbor, Publix and very useful plaza just across the street!

Rude lazy employees, the first room we got into had no a/c. The second one had a broken bed and the outlets didn’t work. The inside of the hotel smelled like mold, we had to switch through three rooms just to get a decent comfortable room. I do not recommend this “hotel”.

They never asked for a vaccine passport but I brung mine anyways. Checked in the evening and she would not check the person that booked reservation unless he had a mask on. The room was very outdated. The staff acted as though everyone had the cooties. No one ever came to serve me at the cafe in lobby. All I wanted was coffee. All I needed was coffee in the morning! We left and went to go stay at Grand Beach resort instead. Sorry Days. I rarely ever complain but it was unnecessary BS we went through.

La ubicación es excelente. Salida directa a las playas de Sunny Isles. Ideal para pasar días de playa a full, caminar, meterse en el mar y volver al hotel sin preocupaciones de estacionamiento. En frente del Hotel hay un CVS y un complejo con muchos negocios y restaurantes. La infraestructura no es la mejor. Piscina y gente que fuma. Ambiente ruidoso, especialmente los fines de semana.

HORRIBLE LUGAR , NO GASTEN SU DINERO… cuando llegamos al lugar , la señora del Lobby con tremenda mala forma , Nadie saluda… cojimos las tarjetas y nos toco el 2 piso. Cuando hibamos a subir por el elevador , aquello ni funcionaba casi , todo sucio, los botones ni encendían.Cuando logró el elevador llegar, … esos pasillos con un olor desagradable, llegamos a la puerta y no abría la puerta,…. Tuvimos q bajar nuevamente para ver q estaba pasando. Nos dieron otro cuarto…. Cuando abrimos la habitación, la peste a humedad fue horrible , no tienes el control del aire acondicionado, un frío 🥶 horrible , lleven abrigos (se los recomiendo) en el bano, nada funciona , los tomas corriente tienen moho adentro, la puerta del baño no cierra y toda raspada, para bañarte primero tienes q pasar un curso para hacer el juego de las llaves, la secadora no funciona, el telf de la habitación del año 1920 . El tv no funcionaba … las personas que se hospedan ponen su música hasta la madrugada y en las mañanas te levantas con la señora de la limpieza q va dando golpes por todos lados con el carrito, cuando salí al balcón, me encontré el vecino metido ahí. Que les puedo decir de este hotel, esta para demolerlo, nada sirve , un servicio horrible , la señora de la recepción siempre está adentro del cuartico , y sale con una mala forma . La gente del parqueo ni hablar , lo mismo te toca parquearte en un costado q en la calle y te cobran 20 pesos. La piscina llena de moho, no la limpian . Nunca te cambian las toallas , las tarjetas de la habiatacion no funcionaba bien. Todo sucio, la peste, q horror Dios mío. No le recomiendo eso a nadie . Desde que llegue de ahí tengo una picazon y ardentia en mis partes, q tal vez algún bicho coji ahí . Ahí no cambian ni sábanas , son unos cochinos. Las sombrillas tienes q pagarlas y las toallas llena de huecos y sucias . EL PEOR HOTEL QUE HE IDO EN MI VIDA. No se los recomiendo , lleven abrigo y cuidado con los bichos .

Hola..es una vergüenza y una falta de respeto que este lugar este aun abierto…tanto por el deterioro de lasinstalaciones como x el trato de la manager en particular…llegue a las 12:30 pm con un aguacero horrible con dos niños pequeños y me atendio super mal y me hizo irme del lugar porque la hora de entrada no era sino hasta las 3 pm…luego cuando logre a las 3 pm entrar al hotel y vi las condiciones del mismo…palos y suciedad por dondequiera apuntalado todo el Hotel porque esta a punto de caerse grietas en la paredes y pisos en fin totalmente en ruinas y aun asi se dan el lujo de tratarte mal…y de cobrar $200 por semejante…realmente decepciónante todo ..no entiendo como un lugar asi la ciudad permita que este abierta aun…gracias

Este hotel se destaca por su excelente ubicación y tener acceso privado a la playa y piscina. El resto, deja mucho que desear. Te cobran hasta el aire, la atención es pésima. Amen del 13% que le suman a tu cuenta de hotel por impuestos del condado, te cobran u$ 16 por día por servicio de playa esto es una toalla y una repostera o camastro. Si quieres sombra o sombrilla, debes agregar u$ 20 extra cada día que la uses. Parking 🅿, si claro u$ 20 dólares por día y tu mismo aparcas el auto, nadie mueve un dedo ni te saludan. Quieres recibir paquetes de Amazon? Si claro!! u$ 3 por paquete no importa el tamaño. El servicio de limpieza pésimo, pueden estar 3 días sin hacer el cuarto si no dices nada. A veces llegas después de todo el día y el personal de limpieza ya se retiro, entonces quizás consigues que te cambien las toallas....El aire acondicionado es central con lo cual no puedes graduar la temperatura, te aconsejo que lleves abrigo ya que no hay frazadas. Si no tienes grandes pretenciones la relación precio/calidad te va a servir. Disfruten de la playa amplia, limpia y de aguas calidad, es el punto más fuerte de éste hotel.

If I could give the place negative stars, I would! It was dirty and nasty. There were parts of the roof being held up by stilts with caution tape around it. The pool was dirty, the pool chairs were falling apart and locked up. The bathroom door would not shut. There was a kitchenette which attached to the room next door, but the only way to prevent that room from entering your room was to lock the kitchenette door, but then if you used the mini fridge, you would not know if the person in the other room had been in it or not. The elevator was in need of repair, the buttons did not light up and you could see the light from each floor as you passed it. The drop ceiling in the hall way looked as if it was going to drop on our heads and the "private balcony " felt as if it was going to give way. Would not recommend staying here, ever!

Horrible experience!! Front desk agent very rude and claimed I didn't have a reservation when she didn't even look for it! Had to call my travel agent and wait another hour before I could check in. Room was hot and there's no thermostat in the room. Was told central air is set for the entire building. Outlets didn't work. Balcony was dirty. There was cockroaches, lizards and rats. Beds are tiny and not stable. Towels were stained and rough. Bathroom door was stuck and tub was filthy. Carpets filthy. Ceiling moldy and water damaged. Phone and TV didn't work. Lamps didn't have bulbs. Only one elevator working. Staff unprofessional and rude. Only reason I stayed was because everything else was booked. I will never return or recommend. Matter fact they need to be shut down. It is an eyesore next to the beach!!

Al llegar la señora de recepción nos entregó la llave de un cuarto en el segundo nivel, con balcón que ya estaba ocupado!! Abrimos la puerta y había un pastel y globos de otros huéspedes. Tremendo error en la seguridad que nos dejó preocupados toda nuestra estadía, temiendo que nos hicieran eso a nosotros también. Posteriormente nos dieron otro cuarto pero en el primer nivel y sin balcón; o sea además de todo nos sentimos estafados luego de este cambio de habitación. El aire acondicionado no puede graduarse desde la habitación; es un sistema central de aire acondicionado que solo permite cerrar o abrir las ventilas. No se puede programar la temperatura al gusto sino que al gusto de quien controla el sistema. El "desayuno incluído" es terrible, panes tostados con jalea, un café y un jugo diminuto. Servidos en una cafeteria vieja pidiendo a gritos mantenimiento.

Overall this was an annoying experience. We arrived Tuesday and we arrived a little early. I understand our room wouldn't be ready, but I thought we would still be able to use the amenities. Nope, they said not until 3. Every other hotel I've been to has let me use the amenities even if our room wasn't ready. Then they charge $20 a night for parking. They said they just offer parking on the website. Well you should really advertise that you charge for it and not just say it's available. The rooms weren't that great. They were very outdated and the air conditioning sucked. The pictures online make the place look nice, but in person was another story. When I paid for the room, it said it included breakfast. Each morning you had to go to front break to get a voucher to use at the restaurant. Well when we went to the restaurant, the server said we only got coffee, orange juice, and toast. That's it. That's our "free" breakfast. How can you advertise free breakfast for that? The only thing they have going for them is the beach is nice. The water is clear, and the beach was pretty clean (minus some seaweed but you can't control that). I will not stay here again. I think they were being deceitful the entire time. Pay a little more money to stay somewhere 100% nicer than this dump.

Muy malo, no lo recomiendo. La atención horrible, malos modales. Llegamos a las 3 y nos dijeron que nuestra habitación no estaba lista, que teníamos que esperar. Después de unos minutos nos dieron una habitación en el 4to piso. La habitación estaba sucia, había comida y botellas tiradas y hasta ropa del huésped anterior (que entiendo se había olvidado). Cuando solicitamos toallas, porque no había en la habitación, nos dijeron que no había disponibles, que estaban llenos y no tenían más toallas. Un desastre.

Estamos muy contentos con el hotel, si, es un hotel viejo,pero tiene todo lo que tiene que tener, los empleados son amables,la ubicación excelente, es la misma playa que el departamento que cuesta u$s7millones... Y nosotros pagamos muy barato. Hay de todo cerca del hotel. Recomendable.

Tuve que cancelarla resevacion por tener miembrosde la familiacon covid, y por tanto me era imposibleasistir al hotel para este fin de semana, my reservacion no tenía opcion de cancelación, pero aún así gracias a Marcy pudo resolver la cancelación de la reservacion, de lo cual estoy muy agradecido a ella y al staff del hotel, Gracias una vez másy espero visitarlos tan pronto mi familiase encuentre bien de salud.

Em duas vezes que tive que usar o hotel a atendente foi mal educada, e demonstra tédio para dar explicações. O hotel é antigo e frio, com muito bArulho por causa da construção do lado. Não tem nada de resort e simplesmente um hotel a beira mar.

The receptionist in the front was extremely rude and even screamed at me, someone with no manners and who can’t communicate effectively should not be working with the public. The towels in the room were never changed. The only good part was the distance from the beach but that’s it.

Beautiful beach but that's it. You pay extra for parking, there's no free breakfast, the receptionist was rude even when we were checking out. There rooms aren't well cleaned (stuff was under the beds). There was no place for towels in our bathroom and signage was minimum. The building set up weird and an elevator is under maintenance so we had to use the stairs or walk to the other side of the building. (We were on the fourth floor). I will not be coming back.

Aunque el lugar es antiguo ofrece tranquilidad y comodidad y la ubicación es perfecta para la playa. Volvería de nuevo.Solo me pareció incómoda la actitud de las dos sras que atienden el restaurante pues son demasiado impacientes.

1. Parking, you pay $18 for parking, in/outbound parking lot is the same. The gate does not work, you have to call the hotel EVERY time. 2. Front desk customer service. Not friendly or helpful. 3. Building extremely outdated. Smells! 4. SCARY PLACE! Didn’t feel comfortable. Rooms have connecting doors. Middle of the night was woken to neighbor attempting to break in, aggressively rattling door knob, and pushing on the door, TWICE. Called reception, their attempt to fix this was to call them. The neighbors continued. We called reception again, asked to be switched rooms (reception was annoyed at our request) We lost our beach front room. Only wanted to be safe at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The pictures on the website must be from when the hotel first opened. The fitness center was shut down, only 1 of 3 pools had water in it and it wasn't filled entirely. The rooms are old and dated and it appeared as If the room hadn't been used or cleaned in awhile. The duvet had a fresh stain on it that you could tell it hadn't been laundered. The lobby was nice but most of the hotel was under construction. The 16 dollar a day resort fee for use of towels on the beach and in the pool was a complete waste as every time we asked for a towel they were "out" or there was no attendant or towels at all. The beach there was not crowded which was a plus. Parking is an additional 18 dollars.

We stayed here in Feb 2018. No problems while there. After the stay is where it went downhill. I had gone back and forth for so long getting a run around of how the accountant is NEVER in the office. It’s ridiculous. They charged us for two nights of parking when it was only suppose to be 1. And after talking to a ton of people calling every day multiple times a day for OVER a week I got no where and no one ever called me back to fix everything. $14 extra we should not have had to spend when we didn’t even have a car in their parking lot the second day and they knew it! I told them that morning I had returned our rental! The price is cheap so they scam you with what they can.

Convenient location, across from grocery store. Staff was super friendly and helpful but that's about it. Place is run down, hot tub was broken, most of the pool chairs were broken. Towels were non existent!

En Booking.com este hotel es una maravilla. Incluso te ofrecen Parking y desayuno.pues cuando llegas alli. Olvidate de eso. Ea falso. El parking te lo cobran a $18 Y desayuno simple mente te dicen no hay. Habitaciones en Regular estado. Y las recepcionistas Tan malas como el hotel.

You could say that you go out of your room to the sand because of how close it is to the beach, it has a beautiful view of the sea, it is not a modern and giant hotel but it is cozy and its staff is very friendly.

Great location. Convenient parking. Attentive staff. Building is dated but all things considered it was great for the price.

nosotros nos hospedamos en el hotel ya 4 veces esperamos ir una quinta vez si bien el hotel no es lo ultimo en arquitectura tiene un encanto únicotiene playa tiene una piscina que siempre esta limpia las habitaciones están limpias, todo funciona y lo más importante ahí trabaja Carter una excelente persona, desde la primer visita nos ayudo en todo. creo que es lo que le suma 3 de las 5 estrellas que le doy al lugar. un ejemplo a seguir.

Quartos sem manutenção. So fornecem 2 toalhas por quarto apesar de eu estar com 4 pessoas no quarto. Temos que devolver as toalhas ate as 17hs. Resumindo muito ruim.

HOTEL HORROROSO! Velho, longe de tudo, mas o pior é o atendimento! PIOR ATENDIMENTO QUE EU JÁ TIVE EM 25 ANOS! Os funcionários da recepção são HORRÍVEIS! Fiquei 1 semana nesse lixo para nunca mais!Dei uma estrela porque fica em frente à uma Bus Stop, apenas por isso. Funcionários do bar são legais.

Hotel horrível, muito antigo. Parece um museu de antiguidades . Pior hotel que ja ficamos. Estacionamento cobrado a parte ($14 por dia), ainda por cima do outro lado da rua. Pagamos uma taxa de $80, que na verdade nem sabemos a finalidade. Cozinha mal equipada e com cheiro de gás. O quarto que ficamos tinha uma vista panorâmica, com vista para uma construção de um prédio. Com barulho das 7hs as 15hs. Banheiro muito ruim. Precisa abrir o registro e esperar uns 5 minutos para aquecer a água. Toalhas pequenas e de muito má qualidade. Para piscina, somente duas por quarto, sendo que estamos em 4 pessoas. Piscina ruim. Jacuzi em manutenção.

Hotel com instalações antigas. Pessoal de atendimento nada simpático. Limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, foi necessário reclamar. Ar condicionado central! Banheiro precário. Para piorar tem uma obra ao lado do hotel. Minha recomendação: não fique nesse hotel!.

Nos hospedamos aqui em Janeiro de 2020. Confesso que quando fui ler as avaliações, já vindo para Miami, achei que teríamos uma péssima experiência. Contudo, não foi bem assim. Primeiro, falo sobre a experiência do atendimento e dos funcionarios. Não tivemos nenhum problema com isso. Bem atendidos na recepção e no serviço de quarto. Achamos o atendimento normal, semnenhum queixa específica. O hotel é um hotel antigo, bem antigo, e que me parece que sofreu algumas pequenas reformas. O quarto que ficamos tinha 02 camas de casal, mas camas que não eram tão grandes quando comparadas os com as king size que estamos acostumados. Possui uma pequena cozinha com pia e fogão e utensílios para usar (panelas, talheres), apesar que pelo pouco tempo que ficamos não utilizamos. Possui uma pequena varanda com uma mesa para 2 pessoas e 2 cadeiras, antigas, mal conservadas, mas que atendem ao que se propõe: sentar e ter um lugar para ficar na varanda. O banheiro antigo,com banheira sendo o box talvez seja o maior problema do quarto para quem tem um pouco mais dificuldade de mobilidade. Mas como não era nosso caso, nao tivemos problemas com isso. O hotel é do tipo "pé na areia", com uma área particular antes da praia que te dá o suporte que vc precisa: piscina, um bar perto, toalhas etc. A nossa queixa ficou por conta da internet do hotel, que apesar de gratuita não funcionou conosco,e quando tentávamos a velocidade de conexão não permitia navegar. Como as crianças são altamente conectadas isso incomodou um pouco. O estacionamento para os carros é pago! Você pode pagar U$ 16,00/dia e o manobrista faz tudo por vc ou paga U$14,00/dia e você mesmo estaciona o carro. Optamos pelo manobrista , afinal, U$ 2,00 para ter uma comodidade maior não faz muita diferença. O hotel está entre prédios residenciais lindos e gigantescos na parte Norte de Miami Beach e sua localização na área é excelente. Tem todo suporte que quem está viajando quer: posto de gasolina perto, lojas de conveniência da 7eleven, Publix, um mercado bem na frente, perto de pequenos Mallscom opções de comida, Fast Foods como Burger King e Mc Donalds entre outros, Wallgreens e CVS, tudo na mesma rua. A praia é linda e a localização realmente ótima. Nossa experiência foi muito boa, dentro da classificação que sabíamos que o hotel tinha. Nenhum relato negativo que pudesse comprometer anossa estadia.
