“The pool was essentially a cold plunge. I found it unnecessary that guests have to go to the front desk in the lobby to get pool towels. I asked for pillows, blanket, and a sheet for my third guest, and had to go to the front desk for that too. Unfortunately, the pillows were basically flat as a pancake once you laid your head on them and the mattress was equally uncomfortable. The pullout couch had a tag that read “2002” and the mattress in it most likely was never replaced considering how springy and it was. Majority of the staff were kind and professional. Not a big fan of the building set up as there is one elevator and was located far from my room. Breakfast was good - they have a fresh waffle maker, good variety of beverages, and everything tasted pretty fresh.”

“False fire alarms through out the entire building went off around 7 am. Front desk lady and breakfast lady were extremely rude and snappy at all the guests who didn’t understand what was going on. Will never stay here again.
If there was a real fire; in costumer service you have to remain calm. Not yell at every single guest. Needs new staff completely!!!”
