Un superbe hôtel dans un cadre magnifique. Les prestations de l'hôtel sont remarquables mais le personnel vient apporter une belle valeur ajoutée. Chacun est aux petits soins, chaque demande est parfaitement prise en compte avec rapidité et efficacité. J'y reviendrais sans hésiter.

Beautiful beach resort. Ample opportunity to enjoy n make memories. Kid friendly pools & other activities will definitely make your kids glued to this place. Unfortunately we missed the lazy river adventure as it was unavailable due to maintenance.

Very nice place to visit . Lots of activities there. Staff are all so kind and generous. This is exactly reflecting how omani people live. Will put in as a very nice hotel and spa to re visit again in the future. You will enjoy every moment there for sure.

I loved the arrangement of the room for our wedding anniversary day.I would Like to Thank The Chef who (she)make the lovely cake. it was the perfect ending and the beginning of our wedding anniversary day.The food was very expensive but I Like the test hahahah.Thank you A lot

We had good time at al Waha in Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort. Kids Enjoyedthe pool , Lazy river activity , Beach walks . The staffs were very nice and co operative.

Amazing to take your kids for a weekend getaway. The lazy-river, the pools and the beach are an attraction. Staff very helpful and friendly. Don’t see lots of it across the Middle East.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to have visited 2 times while we lived in Kuwait. The difference in climate, terrain, local hospitality, cleanliness, etc when compared to Kuwait is shocking, frankly. There was very little NOT to like/enjoy while in Oman. As for this property, the views are awesome, the almost-fish tank-like nature of the shallows in front of the Al Waha complex is amazing, the great food, clean and tidy property....shall I go on?

it was an excellent stay especially for my 2 kids who have just started school. they have enjoyed the facilities and the entertainment you have provided. the varieties of the buffet were also excellent and delicious especially the barbecue. Your supervisor who works in the pool restaurant from South African (I guess) was very kind in dealing with customers. I have face one problem which is that I have requested a room on the ground floor so I can have easy excess to the pool but the reservation staff recommended me to take at the first floor because it has a balcony and good view to the pool, I took his suggestion but I was shocked that you can't see the pool as all the palm covering the view. I asked them to change the room but not giving the ground floor instead of on the fourth floor. other than that everything was perfect and I would like to come again as soon as possible

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the resort during winter holidays in 2020. It is still my favorite destination in Muscat since it is blessed with stunning mountain landscape, beautiful beach and well crafted resort amenities will make your stay memorable. As a recommendation it will be better to include more water activities for kids & family which will make it more interesting for recurring visits. Facility maintenance quality has reduced i am assuming it could be due to the pandemic situation where resort was closed for longer duration. Staff is very cordial and friendly hope tourism sector will be recovered quickly and resort will be upgraded with new attractions.

It was excellent. We were really impressed with everything. Only two small comments. There was only 1 large towel in the bathroom which considering we were 4 of us was not so convenient. Also, the check in took a long time. We appreciate that because of the corona precautions it may take longer than usual but if there had been a longer queue it would have taken a really long amount of time. However, the hygiene and safety measures put in place due to Covid 19 were very impressive. Staff friendly and professional as always. This is our favourite place in Muscat.

Our stay was very pleasurable and we enjoyed a lot although some facilities are not available due to the current pandemic. I would like to commend Ms. ABBY in the reception for being so helpful and accommodating during our stay. She made sure that we will enjoy our stay and our needs are met. I am very grateful for the complimentary cake and drinks provided for my birthday during our stay. They made my birthday extra special.
