“We appreciated having the Covid test on the premises and before we checked-in, but there was a bit of back and forth between the front desk and the actual testing place. It would have been better if the rapid test could have been paid in advance, so we could have been dropped off at the testing site - it was raining. Delivery of our bags to our room was much delayed and breakfast was very disappointing. We were not able to pick up my son's cake at breakfast and no one cared to deliver it up.”
