“Check in is a pain because we give all the information over the phone before we get there, then they ask for the same information once we get there, like our credit card and drivers license to prove we are honors members (this should all be in the system). We come to this same hotel every month and every month the indoor pool is freezing. We keep thinking "maybe the pool will be warm this time" but it never is.”
